Message on their answering machine promised a callback within 15 minutes and they did call back immediately. Dimitri diagnosed a common problem with the door lock we had- an actual replacement of this lock under warranty, (a lock he used to recommend) and went into great detail to justify why the quality has gone downhill. We had him install a new lock and he also fixed issues with the actual door. I highly recommend him and all the great reviews are well deserved. Great guy!!

I contacted Dimitar to update our front door locks and was thrilled with the job he did. He responded quickly, he completed the work professionally and gave us peace of mind that our home was safe and secure, all for an extremely reasonable price. We recently had a very bad (and expensive) experience with a locksmith company we Googled in haste. After the job was complete, we were concerned about the honesty of the company, and decided to change the locks for security reasons. Our keypad lock suddenly stopped working, leaving me locked out of my house in the frigid cold! Dimitri rushed over as soon as he could, and helped me get in. He then installed a new lock and handle, all within about 30 minutes. He was super friendly, and he took the time to teach me how to use my new touchscreen keypad lock. Great guy, great service! Would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith.

Front door lock was not working- called Locksmith Care and they were able to come within 15 minutes of my call, even during a snow storm. Professional, fast service, and very reasonable pricing. We thought we would have to replace our lock, but they were able to repair the internal portion without us needing new keys. Highly recommend their service.

We had just recently bought a house where the previous owners apparently "lost" all their physical keys and were only able to provide us the key code for the smart lock on the front door. Dimitri was able to re-key all 4 locks in the house (including the smart lock) without the original keys and without having to change the locks. While he was working away on the locks, he also lubricated all the locks and ensured all the deadbolts worked silky smooth. Through it all, he was very professional, courteous, and was happy to answer all our questions. Would 100% recommend!

Our contractor installed our Kevo door lock but it did not work from day one. We finally decided to hire a pro to install it properly so we could actually benefit from its functionality.
