We built a new home and the front door lock has been giving us issues for 3 of the 5 years now. We had a custom front door built and had a Weiser lock and even contacted them to get extra long hardware to fit the custom door size. Tired of continuously trying to get it fixed, we called Dimitar and he identified the problem right away. He came the next business day with the new years holiday. Issue - The lock itself was not made for the thick door even with the longer screw hardware. He had another lock in his possession with the same style and colour and he stuck to his original labour cost of $112.50 plus tax for the visit and we just had to pay for the new hardware that was even cheaper than at home depot. He was professional, quick and had drop clothes to clean up even any wood drill debris that he created. True professional and I will recommend him to anyone including family that need his help. Thanks again Dimitar and we will be forever greatful of your help. What a great way to start 2020 with such a wonderful experience.

I needed to replace the locks to both my front and back doors. I called Locksmith Care based on their Homestars reviews and Dimitri provided excellent service. He was prompt, professional, and went above and beyond what was required - he explained what was needed and quickly finished the job - even doing a couple of extra tasks to fix a loose door knob fixture and adjust how one door was fitting in the frame. Perfect service - Dimitar from Locksmith Care was responsive right away to my initial request and came to my home on very short notice. Super friendly and courteous, arrived early at our scheduled appointment. I'd definitely use his service again.
