    Fixing front door lock

    I put a request for a locksmith on HomeStars because it was very difficult to turn the key in my front door lock so that the deadbolt goes in and out of the door frame. Locksmith Care called within 15 minutes of my request being posted on HomeStars and came to my house within 1.5 hours. They fixed the problem. In particular, they: 1. drilled into the space in the door frame where the deadbolt from the lock goes (to make more space for the deadbolt, so it would be easier for the deadbolt to slide in and out), 2. used synthetic lubricant to lubricate the key hole, the deadbolt and the latch bolt, 3. opened the casing for the latch bolt to fix a loose part, 4. tightened the screws on the door hinges.

    Trustworthy lock repair

    We had Demetri into service an aging lock. I believe that he offered very honest advice on the project. He clearly takes pride in his workmanship. I would certainly seek out his services for any future projects.

    Rekeying for new home

    Left a message on Sunday afternoon and Dimitri Called me back within an hour. Awe just purchased a new home and needed all locks rekeyed. He came promptly on time and did an amazing job. So detailed and did not try and upsell me. The quote he gave me is what I paid, no hidden costs. I have already recommended him to 2 friends and will definitely use Locksmith Care.     New locks installed

    Called Dimitar this morning this morning, he called back immediately, l explained to him that I want the deadbolt locks and handle replaced, Dimitar arrived at my house 30 minutes after l called. He recommended what locks would be best for my door... The lock and handle were installed and look fantastic... I would highly recommend Dimitar. Thank you Tennant family

    Fast, Friendly, Professional!

    Had deadbolt locks replaced, plus the installation of an August Smart Lock pro. Emailed for a quote, got an email response within 24 hours and then a follow up phone call. Dimitri was extremely friendly, fast and professional! I could not be happier with the work and will definitely use his services again in the future.     Thanks for Great Service

    Dimitar replaced two locks and rekeyed a third at our home. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and efficient. Besides the locks, he took the additional step of securing the front door frame and reinforcing the hinges. We would certainly call Locksmith Care in the future.

    lock mechanism replaced and door handle fixed

    Dimitri was amazing. Came a few hours after I called him to fix a lock on a european door. arrived on time, was lovely to deal with and fixed another component of the door without me asking. Price was reasonable, service was quick. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

    Change lock and upgrade security

    I called the top 5 companies with top reviews on Homestar and I had a short list of 2 but Dimitar really stood out as he was nice and most importantly very honest. The other companies were trying to sell me grades I didn’t really need and some were a little more pricey or a bit rude. Dimitar was very customer focused, he would answer calls and emails very quickly and helped pick the right solution. He provided good advices, he clearly knows his business and when he came today, he was smiley and friendly and efficient. Great service I know who to call and refer now!

    Install deadbolt locks on 3 bedroom doors

    Called Dimitar on the recommendation of a neighbour. Made an appt to have 3 deadbolts installed on 3 bedroom doors. He arrived on time (actually a few minutes early), showed me the locks before he installed them to make sure they were acceptable to me, and then quickly and efficiently installed them. He was polite and very tidy, cleaning off his drop sheet after each lock was installed. I could not ask for more. Highly recommend.

    Replaced 2 door locks

    Two thumbs up! Showed up on time and was friendly and efficient with replacing two exterior door locks. Offered a few suggestion on home security as well. Would recommend to others!
