Dimitar was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to accommodate us the same day and arrived when he said he would. I would not hesitate to contact him again or to recommend Dimitar to family and friends.

In preparation for moving into a new house, i called dimitar to rekey the locks to the house. He showed up punctually and got the locks rekeyed efficiently and quickly. The original key to the house was difficult to turn and open the door. Dinitar not only rekeyed the key but also went out of his way to reposition the bolt location to ensure a smooth operation. He was a true professional and went beyond my expectations. I would recommend him for any locksmith job! Thanks Dimitar!

After trying to repair our front door lock and handle myself and only making the problem worse, I checked homestars to find a company who come and fix the problem immediately. After calling around, I found Locksmith Care, who promised to be there within the hour. Time was of the essence as we were all heading out for the day and couldn't very well leave our front door without a lock. Dimitar from Locksmith showed up on time and immediately was able to address the problem. While I was willing to pay almost anything to have the problem fixed right away and was expecting a huge bill, Dimitar did the job for a more than reasonable price and solved not only our faulty handle and lock problem but also addressed an issue we had with a sticky door. Highly recommend.

We had a beautiful solid wood door from Amberwood doors installed in 2012 and had had to have them come back and fix the lock-but it had been fine for the last couple of year..... then on the very cold day this week the cylinder seemed to come out with the key and after I pushed it in, we could no longer open the door from inside or out. The first locksmith I called was from Reilly locks- he came late and tried to open the door but after about 5 minutes he said he couldn't do it and would come back the next day and drill out the lock- I was concerned about this so cancelled that one and decided to check on Homestars for a highly rated locksmith and found Locksmith care.... I called and we set up an appointment for next day- my husband waited for him that day- Dmitry arrived punctually (actually was even early)- it was a tricky job but he solved it with no damage to the expensive lock or door- and it now works like a charm... we were so glad to find a professional who does the work himself. This was the kind of job that requires an experienced locksmith- we will use him for all our locksmith needs in future... and in future I'll always check Homestars first!

I have an old Russwin lock that is about 50 years old, although Locksmith Care didn't have the parts to repair it, they were really helpful in directing me to a few companies that could assist. They also answered some questions I had even though they knew they couldn't make money from me. That is a rare thing and worth writing about!

Answered my call and was able to schedule for the next morning. Arrived right on time. Courteous and got right to the task. Clearly explained the problem and resolution. Problem fixed properly at a very reasonable cost. Will certainly use Locksmith Care again should the need arise.

SOLID service, SOLID products, SOLID price. Had a 20-year old lock that needed to be replaced on my front door and called few locksmiths on a Saturday but Dimitar from Locksmith Care was the only one who actually answered the phone. Came to my house on a short notice and replaced the front door and side door locks with good products. Even made me an extra key. Highly recommend Dimitar.

I called to get a seized lock repaired and he said he would come by within an hour and a half. Sure enough he did! Very pleasant to work with, he happened to have a matching replacement lock in his van so we were all fixed up pretty quickly. I had him look at another job that a previous locksmith said "can't be done". Well I guess it can be done, he'll be back to do it once the parts arrive!

SORRY! This review is long over due! We bought a new house a year ago and Dimitar was great to work with and he looked out for us in terms of budget and safety! What a Great respectable guy! Definitely will use him in the future again and will highly recommend him! Thank you so kindly!

I called Locksmith Care yesterday for a lock emergency and Dimitri said that they would be there within the hour. They came before that, came in, replace the lock and left. It was so quick and Rado was so professional. I would definitely recommend them! Thanks Rado!
