    Locksmith Care

    We were very satisfied with the service provided by Dimitri... We had to get our locks changed due to a theft and he came on time and charged a decent amount

    Front door lock repair

    My son broke the key in our lock. Locksmith Care were very prompt and efficient at getting to the problem. They were also very friendly. Their good service took a bit of the sting out of what was an annoying problem to have.

    Great guy

    Honest and friendly guy. I emailed Dimitar through his website and he replied right away and based on the great communication by email, I booked him. Arrived early on the scheduled day. Came in, dropped a sheet to catch any sawdust from the electronic deadbolt install. Fixed things he saw that was wrong with the door. Made sure everything worked when he was done. I rounded up the price to the nearest bill size but he insisted on giving back change. Wouldn't hesitate to call him again or recommend him to family/friends.

    Prompt, efficient, clear

    I needed to have 2 locks rekeyed at short notice and Dimitar was speedy, transparent, and helpful. He arrived precisely when he said he would and his work was excellent. I have no complaints and would use him again.

    Great, Punctual, Courteous

    Needed locks changed after we moved into a new place -- plus needed advice about how to make the place more secure. Dimitar showed up right on time, and offered that advice -- without trying to up-sell. Then did three doors in about an hour, complete with new keys. Highly recommended!

    Great work

    The lock on the back door of my house broke (likely due to metal fatigue, as it turns out). I called Locksmith Care (who are located near me) and they said they could be there in about 2 hours (on a Saturday afternoon) They showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and installed a lock. All done professionally, and for a reasonable price. Recommended.

    Broken door handle

    I was in real trouble last night: front door handle broke and i was locked out....Friday night...ok, so after an hour or so i managed to get back in but it was the handle's last service. I called Dimitar Saturday morning at 9:30 based on the excellent reviews on Home Star, and he came to fix it at 10:30. He was super nice, efficient and as curteous as the reviews say. He not only replaced the door handle with a matching one he had in his truck, he also replaced the lock barrel that had been "sticky" (he showed us which piece inside was broken), readjusted the height of the whole thing against th door frame and rekeyed another door. I would call him again in a heartbeat but hopefully i won't have to. So i am paying it forward to you, dear reader. Call him.

    Great work, friendly service

    Dimitar came to re-key a few of our door locks as well as replace a few door knobs & dead bolts. He was very friendly and did his work with the highest quality. You can see through his relaxed, non-rushed way of doing his work that he only deliver perfect result. He also went above and beyond fixing one of our doors that doesn't close properly just because he doesn't feel right if it's not 100% working even though it was beyond the scope of our request

    Amazing!

    On my way to work on Monday morning, I found that my front door would not lock - the deadbolt was, most certainly, dead. I called Dimitar and was pleasantly surprised that he could be here within 90 minutes. He arrived within his estimated time, took apart the lock, replaced the bolt, and did a little extra work to make sure the lock was easy to work with. He explained what the problem was and was also great with my dog. What fantastic service! I would highly recommend him.

    Doors job

    As all the other posts say, Dimitar provides an excellent service. Nowadays it's very hard to find someone who has TIME and doesn't rush to get things done. He is knowledgeable, friendly, formal and professional. He secured two doors of my very old home. He gave us suggestions on how to improve safety in our home as well and lastly, he completed the job very fast and at a reasonable $. I will call him again for future jobs. Don't hesitate to contact him!!!!
