    Washer - rubber gasket replacement

    The technician, Qaiser, was proficient and knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. He changed the gasket quickly (not an easy job!) and gave me several helpful hints. I will use ARS for any future service/repairs on all my appliances.

    Service Call for LG Washer

    Our LG washing machine wasn't filling with water. Qaiser, the technician did a great job repairing it. Courteous and very polite. We would highly recommend this technician and the company. We were very pleased with the service that we received.

    Samsung Fridge Repair

    Rahul arrived within the time window that we were told he would come. He was very diligent and friendly and explained what he was doing as he was doing the work. He was very knowledgable and efficient and stayed until he was sure the problem was corrected. He reconfirmed our trust and preference in buying Samsung products.

    Samsung fridge repair

    I was really frustrated with the fridge problem, called Samsung and they sent a guy from ARS name Rahul to fix and he did a really good job, very efficient and soft spoken guy, I really like the way he worked. Very happy. I will highly recommend his service to my friends and family.

    Lg fridge

    Rahul was extremely helpful and fast. He was pleasant and took time to answer my questions. He went the extra mile to ensure I had all my concerns answered with my fridge! Thanks Rahul

    dryer

    I was concerned when my dryer stopped working as it is in a very tight space in my basement. Rahul came and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. A few days later he came back and installed it without a word of complaint about the tight quarters. He even vacuumed the inside and checked the exhaust as I've been worried about lint buildup. I will certainly contact this company again if I have appliance problems in the future.

    Incompetent diagnosis

    Warning! I had to pay ARS $120 just to show up and they quoted $400-$600 to replace what they said was a defective ice maker in my fridge. I declined and later found out that the icemaker was fine all along and that the water supply was just turned off in the basement. Total incompetence by ARS. Paid $120 for the visit. Luckily I didn't get conned into paying to replace something that was never broken.

    Efficient service

    I had a problem with my Faber range hood, ARS was able to locate the part and install it. Everything was done in a very efficient and prompt manner. Steve the technician deserves a shout out as it was no easy task replacing the part, but he did it with patience and great efficiency.

    Samsung Range (Rahul)
