    Fridge

    Firstly..I have to thank CARMINE who I believe is a technician manager. Now, talk about being empathic and dealing with customers the way he would want to be treated. Secondly, Rahul the technician that came out!! Hebtop was patient, empathic and left me with a feeling of empowerment as a homeowner. Rahul ensured that I understood what was happening and even stressed that I be patient and take my time to understand what was happening. No rush, no fuss, but ensured stressing we will figure the problem. My only - was the call centre staff were not as efficient. Amy tried but didnt pay attention to detail and the information being given as a consumer. She second guessed my verbatim and 1:1 interactions with initial technician and manager. IN the end that was minor as Carmine ensured he followed up and provided SUPERB customer service.

    Dishwasher

    ARS service , dishwasher technician Dhiren knew the problem to be fixed. He had all the equipment with him to fix the problem. And also thoroughly checked if dishwasher functioned properly or not. He also checked the dishwasher panel where there was a crack and serviced it to get it changed. We are overall satisfied with the service provided to us.

    Samsung dryer repair

    Rahul is very knowledgeable and has the patience to explain how maintain the dryer. He is an excellent and I really appreciate for his service.

    Poor customer service will not stand by their wrong doings. Stay away!

    My experience with ARS has been horrific to say the least. They came in to fix an issue with my LG Dryer which was still under warranty. The technician fixed the issue however chipped the dryer glass door in the process. I did not realize the damage until 3 weeks after the crack started to grow. I immediately brought this to the attention of ARS. They contacted me a couple days later saying they evaluated my case and apparently the document I signed upon completion of work has a small disclaimer stating that I confirm there is no damage upon completion. I’m truly surprised at how ARS is engaging themselves with respect to this matter. Clearly customer satisfaction is not part of their mantra. I would suggest anyone performing paid work with ARS to engage a more reputable company. If you are performing work with them due to a warranty related issue please check and double check the technicians work before signing anything. I will be escalating this matter with LG as well. I have requested a call back from a manager but have yet to hear from them.

    Unfortunately it’s has been a month since we serviced your appliance, the technician did check for any damage before he left and requested you to sign that you acknowledged there is no damage as it our normal process. Unfortunately we can’t take responsibility for damage that occurs after 1 month as it can be many reasons especially if it is a door glass and our technician didn’t repaired any issue related to a door, therefore we can’t cover your request.

    Samsung dishwasher repair

    Rahul did a good job repairing the dishwasher. He also good at service and smile.

    Quick, Friendly & knowledgeable

    Adi from ARS repaired the water dispenser on my LG fridge today. He was very knowledgeable on the LG brand and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Would definitely recommend and will use for future repairs (although I hope I don’t need any ;) ) Thank you! (Cost is estimate only as this repair was covered by my extended warranty)

    Fridge

    Sam was very professional. He was polite and very informative. He was scheduled for a two hour window, between 9 & 11. I received a voicemail indicating his time of arrival and he arrived exactly on time. Upon arrival I explained the situation and he got immediately to work. He managed to fix the problem in a short time. He explained what he found and what he had done. On his recommendation, we emptied the fridge and freezer, defrosting it for 36 hrs. After that we were pleased to see the results of his service call. We paid for the service call and he told us that we were covered for 1 month if anything were to happen. I was happy to pay him and would certainly recommend him personally or the company in general. Overall, top of the line service for a minimal amount of money. Great job Sam!

    whirlpool fridge repair

    Rahul came to fix our fridge and he is very friendly, easy to talk with, really happy to have him come over and fix our unit and company is really good as they keep.their promises.
