    Dishwasher repair

    Warranty repair on dishwasher. Technician arrived within scheduled time range, and diagnosed immediately. Repair was quick, and was explained to me. Great experience. Thanks Sam.

    Sent to repair LG Dryer

    I had a Very nice man his name was Sam, he was very patient and showed me all of the dryer parts I can’t remember when I had a service Tec. who was this considered and patient!!!!! Thank You so very much for sending Sam to my house.

    Very prompt and efficient

    10 year old KitchenAid bottom mount stopped cooling, needed a circuit board ordered in. Technician was prompt in coming, diagnosed the problem quickly, reviewed options thoroughly, put the order in motion. They have a phone update system that is partially automated which works really well. The fridge and freezer are great now! Will be rehiring for the next appliance soon...

    Dishwasher

    Work done perfectly. All’s fine for time being. Sam did an excellent job. He came on time and replaced the soup dispenser without any problem.

    Washer

    Machine was vibrating too much, but Sam the technition replaced motor and tested machine. Now works fine. Sam was most considerate, explained how to avoid problems and I would highly recommend him.

    prompt and efficient and complete!

    Noisy dryer that is 12 years old. Came within 2 days of my call at the time specified and fixed the problem showing me exactly what was repaired. Excellent service
