    Samsung washer (Rahul)

    Rahul came to fix our washer, he provided us the good service, he gave us the bag from Samsung, really happy and appreciate Samsung and ARS. I will highly recommend the service.

    Samsung washer. Door latch

    The charge to come to the house was $120. I asked what that covered and the person booking the appointment said they didn't have that information. List price for the part was$155 so their $170 wasn't too bad. Service call - for less than an hour - made up the rest of the bill. Apparently, for that repair a "standard" fee is applied. If they have been more upfront about the way they charge, such as, that repair will cost X, then the $450 would be less of a shock.

    Ge wagser

    Sam came on time and he did best job ever. He also gave me lots of good advise for maintenance too. Thanks for good service for sam. I will highly recommended him.
