Also we can't replace you the appliance because we are not the manufacture. Our technicians are trained and certified and I am proud to say they are the best in the trade. Our technician forgot his work phone at your house and he notify you in minutes but you didn't let him in , Without his phone he can't work so on that day we had to reschedule other customers that waited for service, this caused a lot of trouble to the our customers. Also we transferred your case to the distributer so they can take care of your problem. Again I am sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. Please deal with the distributor directly from now on.
