    Washing machine repair.

    dhiren came to assess and repair our washing machine. We had been dealing with it for some time and Dhiren spoke extensively to his supervisor for advice on our frustrating situation. ARS has been easy to deal with as well.

    Samdung range

    Rahul came as been told and he made the range fast. He even check if everything is working well. He even answers most of the question why it happened,im so satisfied of the service.

    Dryer

    Checked to see why our washing machine was collecting water. Was provided with an answer and directed to contacting an installation technician as it was installed wrong.

    Wash machine

    Rahul was very helpful. He was on time, very respectful. Did a good work and leave the place as clean as was before. The machine is now working and if I need a service again I will choose him.

    Service lg washer

    Rahul was great to meet.. from when he walked into my home he was very friendly and had great sense of humor... very neat with his work.. and informative about what he was doing step by step teaching me as he was doing his job.. he is great person and good worker..

    Repair to 2 yr old Samsung Dishwasher

    Firstly, I called Samsung to see who they recommended in the Toronto area and they gave me the name ARS. The error msg was 0E (over-level water error) which I am sure I told the girl who answered my call. The repair man was very nice; however, it was obvious he didn't really know the Samsung machine as well as I thought he would. I told him there was a video on line which illustrated how to remedy this problem (no replacement parts required) but I wasn't prepared to tackle the job myself. He said a new part was required ($200 plus labour). How he was going to install it I don't know as he wasn't able to pull the machine right out. Anyway, I figured spending up to $400 on this machine was just not worth it. The only good thing I can say about the dishwasher is that it is quiet.
