    Kitchen appliances repair

    I have used this company services a few times and I have yet to be disappointed. The technicians are professional, polite, punctual and product knowledgeable. The follow up by the office is also very impressive. My experience with ARS has been excellent and since I have now built a trust in them, they are my go to appliance repair company. I would definitely recomend them to my family and friends.

    Service call for dishwasher making unusual noises

    Did a thorough check of the machine, outlined possible problems and explained alternative solutions and costs.

    Oven repair

    David was effective in repairing the problem on the first diagnostic he was polite and cortiuse we will call again in the future we were happy with the service and strongly recommend ars repair serviceso

    Dishwasher Check Up

    Our Samsung dishwasher was acting up and not draining. We tried several things but the error code came coming back. The ARS technician (Abi) came in on time, ran a number of diagnosis, checked piping and resolved issue. Of note, ARS has an excellent email notification system for the visit and a short 3 hrs window (i.e. technician will be at your place between 11h00 and 14h00). You don't have to spend the whole day waiting like with other companies (we will be there between 09h00 and 21h00)....

    Broken dishwasher

    The technician who came out, Carlos was fantastic! He was very informative and polite. The problem was fixable for about the same cost as a new dishwasher so we didn’t bother though. We only paid the diagnostic. It was too bad that we couldn’t have just talked to a tech on the phone because he would’ve know right away it wasn’t worth fixing or the trip. Only issue was when I told the phone rep the problem it wasn’t typed the same as I described and the tech thought it was a different issue when he came out.

    Dryer Repair

    We heard from ARS very quickly when they were contacted by the manufacturer to repair our dryer. They also booked an appointment to send a technician very quickly. Peter arrived promptly, was knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to quickly identify the problem and clearly explained what the issue was. The repair was made immediately as Peter had the necessary part with him. Nothing but good things to say about ARS and especially our technician Peter!

    Washer repair

    Carlos repaired the gasket in the washing machine. He did an excellent job. He was really nice and explained everything very clearly. Washer was back up and running quickly. Very happy.

    Lg fridge repair!!!

    Peter came and fixed my mom's fridge, he was professional, knowledgeable, excellent, polite, courteous, respectful and patient. He well explained every step he did with my mom. thank you Peter

    Dishwasher Repair

    Fuse gone. Replaced. Very professional, clean and explained everything. Far to expensive in my opinion, but I guess it’s par for the course!
