    Plumbing repair

    Josh was great. He was professional, efficient, did not try to upsell me, upfront about what he was going to do and was confident that he was going to fix the problems. He arrived on time, provided very comprehensive information about the work he did and the warranty. I called several plumbers before I called Mr Rooter, and they either: did not answer the phone, could not come on the weekend (one of them actually told me I had to take off a day off work!), or wanted to charge me over $100 regardless of whether they did any work!

    Faucet in basement

    Nicolas showed up on time, courteous and professional. Managed expectations of cost and time the whole way through. Top notch service from him and the booking agency. Wouldnused them again.

    Back Water Valve Installation and Plumbing Fix

    Stephen answered our call to discuss our sewage back up. He arrive on time the next day and provided excellent advice and honest feedback about our situation and how to best resolve it. In addition to taking care of the city permits, he mobilized a plumbing crew to fix the outside issues for the next day. This work was completed with minimal to no damage to our property. Roman is a machine and dug 9 feet like it was nothing! Roman also dug out an area in our basement to install a back water valve and this too was completed in the same day. Two days later, Manus and Gerald measured and installed a pipe liner. We are very pleased with the work Mr. Rooter provided and would highly recommend them. Thanks again for a job very well done.

    Exceptional Service.

    We had been suffering with a clogged drain for the longest time. One call to Mr. Rooter's capable dispatchers and our troubles drained away. Neil and David, exceptional professionals arrived on time. They were courteous ( Neil even asked our permission to sit) such manners are almost extinct these days. Both employees were honest, friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend Mr Rooter and the Neil - David team.

    Faucet removal and installation

    Curtis arrived at our door 5 minutes before the scheduled time (that never happens!) and was kind, helpful, and honest about solutions, price, and time. He was efficient but also took he time to ensure everything was properly done. Fantastic experience

    Dishwasher installation

    Mr. Rooter recently installed a new dishwasher at our residence. Nicolas was really nice to deal with and ended up spending over 3 hours on the installation, which proved more complicated than it first appeared. A complete test was done on the new dishwasher to confirm proper operation and no leaking. Job well done, thanks!

    blocked sewer

    Main sewer blocked due to tree roots. Rapid response, Mathew was at the door first thing in the morning. Polite, professional and ensured all aspects of work, plus all options were explained. Carried out his work diligently and was pleased to show what was happening (for example camera shot of tree roots in drain) Have used this company before and would recommend them to anyone.

    Cleanout access, backwater valve

    After the city gave me a hard time about unclogging my sewer on their property, Chris (and Jimmy) from Mr Rooter installed a new cleanout and backwater valve in my cold cellar. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and arrived as scheduled. All dirt etc was removed and area restored like new. Chris suggested I have a liner installed but it was pricey. I will call them again if it becomes blocked.

    Excellent service

    The contacting and arranging of the service call was a breeze, it happened on the same day. Ali was scheduled to arrive by 9am-12pm and he was right there in front of the door at 9 am. I have already found the fault, so explaining and starting the work was easy. He had to cut through the tiles and replace those pin-holed pipes. He did those jobs meticulously and also helped me test/verify to the satisfaction. He came with me to buy the necessary supplies and explained the remaining job to put the tiles back, in the end however he just did it for me. Ali made sure the plumbing job was done perfectly and I like it and now enjoy my shower daily. Thanks.

    toilet leak and replacement, seized valve

    Todd the plumber arrived early. I was very happy with his estimate and recommendations. Job was completed in a timely manner and things were cleaned up. He was very pleasant and humorous and you need that when pipes are leaking! Would definitely recommend Todd and Mr. Rooter. Todd also explained the Lifetime Advantage Plan Membership and I think that it is well worth it. W. Hall
