We called Mr. Rooter when our water pipes were frozen. We spoke first with Arianne (who was friendly and reassuring). She gave us an approximate time of when the technician would be arriving and then called again when he was on his way! When Curtis arrived he was courteous, well mannered and knowledgeable. He explained what he had to do and then explained the pricing (no surprises). He was thorough and waited around for a few minutes to make sure no pipes had burst. We would recommend Mr. Rooter and will definitely call again if the need arises!

Had a wonderful experience. I called Mr Rooter for an emergency on a Friday night. They were able to give me an appointment with in an hour of my call. Mr Todd White was very friendly and professional, he showed up on time, explained to me the issue and my options to fix it, and after he finished, gave me advise on what to do to avoid the problem in the future. I highly recommend Mr Rooter.

We had noticed our basement drain backing up (not fully into our basement yet, thank goodness) and, due to the cold weather, had to wait for over 24 hours for someone from the City to come and check the municipal line. Once we discovered it was on our side, we called Mr. Rooter right away and was told that, while they were busy, someone would be out in 4 hours. Within that window, at 9:00pm, Chris Ford was at our door. He was meticulous and narrowed our issue down to an outdated trap system that had been blocked. He took his time to explain to us our options and answer any questions. I really appreciate Chris spending the time (he stayed until after 11:30pm) to ensure we were comfortable. While we haven't booked the follow up work yet, I trust the team at Mr. Rooter for emergency calls for quick, efficient, and professional service.

needed my kitchen faucet installed before I was having guests over for the holidays. the dispatcher booked me in right away and then called me before the technician was on the way. Todd was clean and quick, was very polite. Very professional employee.

What a great experience from start to finish. First, Lori the dispatch was friendly and understanding and did her best to get someone here fast to fix the leak in our basement. After giving us a window of 6-9 pm she called back when she got an earlier window which was great! Neil and Curtis showed up within the hour and got right to work. Our main shut off valve needed to be replaced before the leak could be fixed so they worked on what they could while the city came to shut off and then turn on the water from the outside. They were professional and friendly and explained what they were doing the whole time. I really appreciate the care and courtesy through this process. I highly recommend them!

I had a clogged kitchen sink over the holidays and was in a panic. Was booked in the same day (which no other company could). I'm surprised they were working christmas eve but very happy. Todd unclogged the issue and did it with a smile. He needs a raise or a nice christmas bonus.

Plumber arrived on time. Friendly and polite. Honestly presented the details of the work needed to be done. Thought put into quality parts and service. A bit shocked at the price. It was over my budget but I needed to get my kitchen functioning again. I am glad there is a warranty.
