This was the 2nd repair that Chris Ford at Mr. Rooter did at our company. This time we needed our utility sink fixed - it wasn't draining properly. He showed up on time and did the job very quickly. Chris and his helper, Greg, did a great job and the utility sink now drains really well. We are very pleased with Chris Ford, Greg and the Mr. Rooter team

I called MrRooter to fix the leaked sink. Chris Ford came to my house on time and checked and explained the details. After fixed this issue, he do the inspection for the whole house and give me the suggestions on the potential issues. I really satisfied with the service Mr Rooter provide.

Chris Ford was very nice and presentable to deal with. He installed, fixed and replaced a kitchen faucet, laundry room faucet and installed shut off valves, hoses and drains. Chris was efficient and cleaned up the site completely before he left. All in all a very good experience! Thank you, Chris.

We had an issue with our office washroom toilet this morning. We were pleased to hear the Mr. Rooter would someone within the hour. Once Chris Ford arrived it had only been 30 mins so we were even more pleased. He was very honest with us but did not pressure us to have to spend big dollars. But gave us the knowledge we will need for any future problems. Thanks Mr. Rooter and Chris!

Yesterday evening we discovered that the pipe attached to our water meter was leaking. Within about half an hour of calling (7:00 pm), Brian MacDonald had arrived to assess the problem. After a quick trip to acquire the required gasket, Brian had the problem fixed and was out door by 9:00 pm. Brian was polite and helpful and the service reasonably priced.

Chris Ford came to my home on Sunday. Had a really stubborn plug in the basement. The plumber, Andrew Grzebieniak came and did a great job. Professional, courteous and tidy from the moment he came to the moment he left. Very pleased!

Frank (Technician) showed up in a very timely manner. He was presentable and professional in his presentation of the problem and work to be performed. This is the third time we have used Mr. Rooter and would not hesitate in recommending to friends. I also had a follow up call from Laurie to ensure that we were happy with the work done.
