I needed my bathtub snaking and I called Mr. Rooter who I have used in the past. customer service at the head office in Mississauga was excellent. The first guy Alex showed up and said he couldn't do the job and couldn't access my drain to snake (this wasn't a problem for the second guy who came out) and they would have to drill into my ceiling to get at the pipes and access the clog from there. A second plumber came out a few hrs later and did a wonderful job! Wish he had come in the first place my bathtub is draining beautifully. Would recommend this company for any home or business needs.

After a disastrous attempt at replacing the faucet in my bathroom I was left with a broken drain pipe... and no faucet. I phoned Mr. Rooter and within about an hour I had Anthony out to fix my mess, even on a Sunday evening and in a snow storm! I not only got my faucet installed but got the entire drain replaced for peace of mind. I am very grateful for the speedy service and to have my bathroom up and running again.

Due to ice storm, we had a ruptured primer pipe which flooded our dining room. Alex from Mr. Rooter came over on time and provided an assessment as to the various solutions/options to best resolve our pipe fix with minimal disruption to our family home. The cost was fair, the service was quick and organized and Alex was a true professional who provided us both costing and work to be done well in advance. Alex set up a return date to ensure parts were available for the fix and he quickly finished the job in a couple of hours. We were pleased with his efforts, honesty and likable personality - a true professional whose work reflects well on the company. I would overwhelmingly recommend Mr. Rooter and Alex.

Our pipes froze, called Mr. Rooter at 4:00 a.m. Frank Feuerpfeil came at 9:30 - we were pleased with the fast service. Our pipes were soon unfrozen. He fixed toilet issues while he was here and and facets. We are very very pleased with the service and with Mr. Feuerpfeil. Frozen pipes are a worry, toilets not working is annoying - both can lead to even more serious problems. We are glad to have had such fast and competent service.

We just bought a house and after 2 months our toilet and sinks started backing up. Then last night around 11 pm after a bathtub was drained, the floor drains in the basement overflowed and flooded the basement. We called a couple of places in the middle of the night and Mr. Rooter was very responsive. They came out the next morning and diagnosed a crack in the clay pipe which we now have to get fixed. Bad news, but it was helpful to at least temporarily get our pipes cleared out so we can think about next steps.

Our basement floor drain was slightly backing up. Inspected and fixed by Mr. Rooter ... Fast, polite and trustworthy plumber! They are now at the top of who to call for plumbing needs.
