Trees removal and stumps grinding
On homestars, they have the highest rating in their fields, I thought the price must be super expensive, but it turned out that quote is very reasonable and they will have lots of guys working on site. So I decided to go with them, and I'm so glad that I made the right decision. The team arrived on time, well equipped, jumped into work right away. They protected our pool cover and fence with plywood, and started cutting the first tree. They never let the big branches drop, they always used rope to pull and guide the falling. If nessceray, they put tires and plywood on top of our grass as curshion to protect it while big trunks are falling. The second tree we have is tricky to take down. Its branches are over power line and the fence. They took extra precaution to make sure nothing is being touched :) They cleaned up our neighbor's yard after they have to use their space. It took them only four and half hours to remove our two big tricky elm trees, grind four big stumps and clean up the site like they've never been here. Mission impossible! But this incredible hard-working, professional team did it! They just left an hour ago and I'm still impressed by what they were doing. I am extremely satisfied and couldn't be happier that rooted tree service worked for us. Over all, I strongly recommend this team and company to everyone who is looking for a reliable, professional tree service company! Special thanks to Dave B., awesome work!

White pine removal
Team did a fantastic job taking down a 75+ foot white pine that had been dead for some time. They showed up with a large crew including dump truck and chipper and despite competitors indicating it would take a full day (and quoting to reflect same), the team was in and out in 2 hours (including full clean up, raking, and sweep of driveway). Furthermore, they also willingly took down a few extra branches from other trees unreachable by my pole saw. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and have already recommended to my neighbour. We're still amazed at how quickly they got the tree cut down and cleaned up.

Tree Removal
I found Rooted Tree Services in one of those weekly flyers.I think they did a great job. They came to remove one large tree in the front and 4 shrubs in the back. After they finished with the job they cleaned up after themselves. Everything that was asked of them was done the way I wanted.

Tree Removal
I had Rooted Tree Services come and cut down my trees. They were perfect. I have to say they were slick and also very careful and respectful. At one point they asked my neighbors if they could use their driveway. I had a good experience with them.

Tree Pruning and Limb Removal
In the last few years, we have had several large oak trees fall in our neighbourhood. After the ice storm, we were worried about the health and safety of the trees in our backyard. Our big, old oak tree in particular, had two very large dead limbs in it. Rooted Tree Services came and did an excellent job of safely removing the dead limbs from our Oak, as well as the dead wood from our Birch, Fir and Red Maple trees. The crew was polite and seemed to work well together as a team. They moved patio furniture out of the way before they started and cleaned up the area completely, when they were finished. I would definitely use this company again.

Rooted Tree Services just left after cutting off one dead sugar maple tree in my back yard and pruning the dead limbs from another one. I am very impressed with the company. A crew of 6 men showed up and did the work in half a day. The dead tree was very big and tall and could have damaged my neighbour's shed and house. Because this company holds a $5 million insurance policy, I chose it over cheaper bids to have peace of mind. I do not regret the extra cost. They were worth every penny in terms of efficiency, cleanliness and safety. They are PROFESSIONALS and you will not regret retaining their services.p.

Ash Tree takedown
I could not be happier with this company. Peter was over and gave me an estimate that was really competitive. The crew that came were one of the friendliest and nicest bunch of guys. And they knew their job well. The tree was cut up and they were gracious enough to put the cut pieces in the corner of the backyard so we could use them for firewood. The cleanup was efficient. Would highly recommend them to anybody needing such a service. Consummate professionals.

Exceptional Service
I noticed a huge split in the trunk of my 50 years old maple tree on Sunday which had the danger of a limb falling onto the house very soon, and called Rooted Tree Service right away. I was going to leave a voice message for someone to call me back on Monday but to my pleasant surprise I actually spoke to a real person on the phone. The estimator, John arrived on Monday morning, acknowledged the imminent risk of the limb falling and tried to rearrange for a crew to come as soon as possible. Shortly after, the president of the company, Peter, came to take a look at the tree. He realized the risk is real and immediately re-scheduled his crew’s busy schedule to deal with my situation. The crew came in the same afternoon as promised and did some work to mitigate the risk, then they came back the next morning to finish the job. I am extremely pleased with Rooted Tree Services, from their responsiveness, timeliness to their utmost professionalism. The work crew is absolutely fantastic. They know what they were doing, they were polite and friendly, and did a great job cleaning up the yard afterwards. Thank you, John, Peter and the entire crew for providing exceptional services on a very short notice. You guys are simply wonderful !!!

Tree removal
Just had a very large oak tree and a dead birch removed, at a fair price. Outstanding work by the crew. They worked quickly, but safety was a high priority and they left the site in pristine condition. Definitely would use them again.

Tree removal
I had a tree that grew from small to very high in 10 years. It was one of those invasive species. When my kids were small, they'd tied a rope around what was then the top of the 6 foot tree, growing very close to my house, my a.c., my gutters...10 years later, this was a skinny tree 6 feet high, still with rope and then a thick tall tree growing above. In the slightest wind, this tree would creak and groan. I was terrified it would one day crash onto the roof of the neighbour's house. So finally I gave in and called Rooted. Their price was great! I booked. They showed up a couple weeks or so later. In no time at all, the workers managed to get that tall try out, cut down to nothing, as well as making efforts so that it never grow again. They cleaned up with great care; you could tell it was important to them. AND when I was paying, I asked a few questions about other trees that were sprouting up on my property. The man said they would come back to give me another estimate if I were interested. He also pointed out that my apple tree branch was ruining my gutter...something I missed! So yes, I'd have this company back in a heartbeat. Their price was good enough to put my mind at ease and the workmanship was topnotch.
