Rick and his team were a pleasure to work with. They answered any questions I had and were very accommodating. The job was beautifully done when completed and they did an amazing job cleaning the yard before leaving. I am very happy I contacted them and will most definitely use them in the future for all my shrub and tree trimming needs. Highly recommend.

Very satisfied with the work completed and also very satisfied with the pricing. The staff were very respectful and cleaned up after the work was complete. I would recommend them. The scope of the job included cutting a tree back away from our house and cutting it to the tree trunk.

Rick and his team provided us probably the best service we have ever had. They are very professional and willing to listen and respect our request. We had one damaged tree needed to be removed and pruning overhanging neighbor's tree branches. They gave us a very competitive cost compared to others. We were very impressive that they agreed to help us pruning the neighbour's long overhanging tree branches to prevent tree branches dropping off on our yard and squirrels jumping on our roof. Mark and his crew came by early in the morning and removed our tree in a timely manner. Even though this job could not be done as expected because of the neigbour's issue, we could see how Mark and his crew tried their best to help us get the job done as much as possible and kept their politeness through the whole process. They even helped us disposing some damaged tree trunk from other tree without any cost. At the end, we were very thankful how Mark and Rick helped us and the time they spent in this tough job. We highly recommend Rick, Mark and his crew to my friends and family.

Rick and their team were very professional, timely, and knowledgeable. We love our beautiful tree but were worried about touch points on electrical wires and they were able to trim the tree keeping us safe but also keeping the aesthetic of tree. We were NOT aware that we had branches were growing into other branches and they took care of that for us as well. I will be us using Rick and his team every few years

Thomas and his team( at least 5 men) arrived on time and the job was done promptly and finished within less than an hour. very organize, professional, they worked on the two trees inside the backyard they are very professional & organize without disturbing our neighbors and they well clean the place before they left. Highly recommend Rooted Tree Services to friends or whoever needs it.

We found Rooted Tree Services through HomeStars where they have a stellar ratingand wed give them the same! Easy process from intake to quote to tree branch removal. The tree trimming was masterful. It was actually the neighbours tree that had completely invaded our backyard and was dropping branches in our pool. however, the neighbour was extremely concerned about having the tree trimmed and a loss of privacy on their side. The crew was ultra sensitive to this and still managed to clean the tree up beautifully for our side. It fixed the hazard and saved a relationship with a neighbour, for which Im grateful. I will be a repeat customer and would highly recommend.
