    Great Service

    Michael was great to work with. He contacted me quickly and was able to change appointment times to accommodate my daughters schedule. Charles came to our house and measured all the windows and provided us with direction on what would look nice. The installation was quick. Would definitely recommend to friends!

    Entire home window covering upgrade

    The company was wonderful to do business with from start to finish. Michael was patient in working with me in providing a quote and allowing me time before ordering, given other house projects that are concurrently happening. We purchased banded, blackout and light filtering roller shades and very happy with the results. This is a great company and prices are very competitive! Excellent customer service, I highly recommend them to everyone!!

    Window Coverings/Solar Shades

    Window Blinds Direct provides a stellar product, professional consultation and expert advice, and pristine installation. Michael and Team offer excellent and gracious customer service and support, and take pride in the work and products offered. I am thrilled with the solar shades installed in my residence, and recommend this company to all. Thank you for the seamless and friendly experience.

    Blinds in Apartment Bedrooms

    Contacted at least 6 companies, and Windows Blinds Direct were one of 3 to reply. Of the 3 (and two more vendors physically visited), they were the fastest to respond, with very competitive pricing. All round excellent service. Took roughly 4 weeks for order to be filled out, and installation completed.

    Motorized Condo Blinds

    Fantastic experience from start to finish. Charles was super knowledgeable and provided great suggestions at the initial consultation for my motorized setup. Michael gave a very competitive quote and the communication was perfect. Install was done on time and efficiently. Loved the end results!!

    Honeycomb Blinds

    After researching numerous companies , the positive reviews and the many options that Michael provided me, I decided to work with Window Blinds Direct. Charles came to my home, took some measurements, helped us pick a colour and recommended to have honeycomb blinds installed for all windows . Approximately 4 weeks later the blinds were ready for installation. The blinds were beautiful and the quality was exceptional. Thank you to Michael and Charles for the positive experience .

    Blinds for custom window and regular rectangular blind.

    Great service, blinds made well and attention to detail and care of installer exceeded expectations. Very knowledgeable , efficient and kind. Will definitely use again for my window treatment needs. Thank you Michael and Charles.

    Custom shutters for arch

    Michael and his team were very professional. Quick to respond to emails and quick to set up a meeting. They custom made wood shutters for an arch and refinished some old shutters. Very high quality and good value, quick turnaround. He also made some black out blinds for my son's room which I was very happy with. Great quality for a great price. Will definitely use them again!

    Window blinds

    The service was outstanding, starting from the quote and suggestions to the installation. The people working there are kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and effective.
