    Great from beginning to end!

    My experience with Michael and Charles was great from the beginning when I reached out for a quote to the final installation. Responses were prompt. Charles did a great job with the measurements to get the right fit for our shutters through to installation . He took the time explain possible options which was appreciated! We are really happy with the shutters. They look fantastic!

    Shades and blinds for whole townhouse

    We are very happy with the whole process from the beginning to make an appt, Michael to do the measure for all the windows, and Charles to do the installation. Michael provided recommendations, showed us samples and worked on the shades and blinds to fit our budget and never tried to upsell the products we would not need. Even we have concerns and questions after sales, he will reply quick to address and resolve them. He really puts our satisfaction first. Charles also had done a great job to install all the shades and blinds. The quality of the installed products are excellent. For sure, I will recommend this company and Michael to someone who need to install custom shades and blinds.

    Blinds look fantastic!

    We chose to get a quote from this company among others, due to their rating on Homestars and we were not disappointed. They were quick to respond, provided great options and then delivered and installed the blinds within weeks. It was a challenge to find two coloured blinds, white inward facing and black outward facing to match our windows. Their solution is perfect and we will use this company again!

    Total Transparency

    Michael was very flexible in finding a time to come over and measure, then again to show us samples and give recommendations, and then once again to have his people install the blinds. Michael was very good at finding the right blinds for the windows we needed and he never tried to upsell. He really put our satisfaction first; indeed, we have been satisfied with the blinds since we got them, and, when we choose to redo the living room, Michael will be the guy we call for the blinds there.

    Window coverings in Don Mills

    After undergoing a major renovation on our home a year ago, we realized that we needed window coverings for a few areas we neglected in our basement, main floor and second floor). As usual, we visited homestars to look at reviews of some companies we were interested in. During this research, we kept coming back to Window Blinds Direct. From the very first phone call, to the on-site visit, to the actual installation, this was a great experience for us. Simple. Easy. Friendly. Knowledgeable. And great looking window coverings that our family was very happy with. I even received a “good job” compliment from my wife for having picked this company to do the work. Thank you, Michael and your team for doing such a fantastic job for us.

    Zebra blinds

    We're very happy with our zebra blinds. Great customer service provided by Michael and his team. Michael was responsive and helpful with all my inquiries (text, email and in-person). We're very satisfied with the service, product and installation.

    Window Covers - New Condos

    Overall positive experience. Customer service was exceptional and pleasant to deal with. Michael was very professional and easy to work with. Would recommend for any condo who needs window shades or blinds

    Condo Blinds
