    Installation of roller blinds in main living area and two bedrooms.

    Michael visited my condo with a variety of samples. He is highly knowledgable about different products and is able to recommend the appropriate blinds for a particular room. I went with blackout blinds for the bedrooms and opaque ones for the main living areas. They have the perfect amount of sun blockage but I am still able to see my view through them. Michael was meticulous about measuring and the blinds fit perfectly. It was a pleasure dealing with both Michael and his installer Charles. Both were friendly, knowledgable and hard working. I love my blinds!

    Full house windows

    I was very impressed with this company. Michael was very professional and helpful, they were on time, and I was 100% satisfied with the result. Plus their installer was very polite and efficient. Came as a recommendation from my designer. I would recommend.

    Blinds

    From the moment I placed a phone call, I was scheduled for a quote by a very pleasant and professional individual. They came on time and with many samples. Their knowledge of blinds is second to none and a quote was provided on the spot. I had already received 2 other quotes and had a general idea of the price. They were 20% cheaper ANDyney included installation which was not included on my other quotes. They came to instal when promised and that also went smoothly. All garbage was taken away and I love my black out blinds. Thank you for a wonderful experience and product!! Ky Joseph

    Window coverings for whole house

    Michael and his team were great, he was able to meet us on the day of close of our new home and we had everything installed within three weeks with no issues. He gave great recommendations for what fit in best with our house and the quality of the product was very good.

    Family room window blinds

    The blinds looks great. Just what I expected. It took 3 weeks to 1 months for the whole process. Michael and Charles are very efficient and well communicated.

    Blinds and shutters

    I've used Michael and his team a few times for both blinds and shutters at work and my home and every time I've been very happy with the quality of work, timelines met and just general overall professionalism. Couldn't ask for anything better. We shopped around too and his prices were very good. I've recommended him to lots of friends too and they are always happy.

    Window blinds

    Michael did a great job reviewing our options for window treatments and was able to speak from his experience what would work best for our space. The product is high quality at a very reasonable price point. The installation was done in a timely manner (3.5 weeks from order to installation) and the team was very professional.

    blinds for windows

    Michael (sales rep) came to the house, was extremely informative and professional, no pressure what's so ever. Didn't even take a deposit. Charles came to install the blinds and did an excellent job. We're extremely happy and satisfied with the product and especially the price.

    Custom Blinds

    Windows Direct installed custom blinds and California shutters in four rooms in our house. Whether it was during the consultation stage or the installation, my husband and I were impressed with Michael and his team's professionalism and thoroughness. Michael was gracious in accommodating our request to come to our house twice to work through our change requests. He made sure all the considerations were put forward, asking questions that my husband and I had not covered off during our own research. He was prompt and thorough in getting back to all of our queries, and his installation team were great to work with as well! They came right on time and did a wonderful job with the installation. Overall, we are very pleased with the blinds and shutters and the top notch service provided end to end. We would definitely go back to Window Direct and recommend them to our friends and family.
