    Sheer Shades

    We approached Window Blinds Direct from a friend’s referral - and it did not disappoint! Mike was very diligent in introducing the various types of blinds and shades to us during his initial visit. He offered suggestions based on the style of our windows and was very flexible in working with our requests. We are very happy with the final look and the shades are working great so far. Although one of the windows was missed in the quote, Mike responded to this concern very quickly and this was resolved with full satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this vendor. Thank you! Update on November 7, 2018 - we reached out to Window Blinds Direct for help to uninstall the shades given that the window supplier had to replace one of the glasses but does not have the expertise. Mike went out of his way to help us uninstall and even later coming back another day to re-install the shades. We really appreciate this outstanding after-sale service. Thank you once again!

    Blinds

    Work was great, team was professional and Michael was a pleasure to deal with! Even accomodated us as we decided to move after the initial quote so they had to come in again to our new place for measurements. We are very happy with our new blinds and would refer Michael and his team to our friends.

    Black out blinds and regular blinds

    I had an amazing experience Michael was great. Charles te installer was fantastic no mess after they got rid of all the old blinds and the work is beautiful

    Blinds

    Michael had been really helpful and patient as we picked all the blinds for our new house. He has great knowledge of the products. Definitely recommend it for any future work.

    Repeat Customer - Extremely satisfied again!

    Michael did the blinds in my home about 1 yr ago. I called him back to do the 5 windows in my now finished basement. Great experience with Michael again - prompt, friendly, accomodating, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, & exceptional service. He promised he would rush it and get it done within 3 wks and he was bang on! Charles installed it - friendly, fast, professional & cleaned up afterwards. AWESOME EXPERIENCE! I will use them again & would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Michael and Charles for yet another job well done!!!! Susy & Jason

    New blinds throughout house

    Micheal came over a few days after I contacted his company based on the high rated reviews I read on homestar. He showed us many options and gave us expert advice as to what would work best. He was very patient with us and made the whole experience very easy. The installer Charlie was also a pleasure to work with. He was fast efficient and very clean. Literally no mess. I will recommend this company without hesitation to anyone needing custom window blinds. Thanks again guys our home looks awesome.

    Window coverings

    I found Windows Blind Direct through Home Stars, and they definitely lived up to the reputation. Michael came to the house for the free consult: he was eager to display his product without being pushy. He was patient, as I can be quite indecisive, and was more than willing to display the various products as I kept changing my mind. The product was delivered within the time frame that I was initially told. The installers were very respective of our space (and of my two year old who happen to be napping at the time they arrived). There was damage to one shutter, which was brought to my attention by the installer and dealt with accordingly (they took the shutter back and returned it a few days later with the fix). I was extremely happy with he entire process and would recommend Window Blinds Direct to anyone.

    Vinyl shutters

    Great service from salesman to installers. Had an issue with a door they came right out promptly and we figured out a solution. Thanks Michael, Charles and Derrick. Great job. Great service

    Highly recommended

    Had them install 6 blackout window blinds. Am very pleased. High quality product and service. Michael is very friendly, helpful and responsive, and his installation team polite and professional. Highly recommended.
