Our project broke ground on September 14th, 2021 and was effectively completed 2 months later. It included major rehabilitation of our entire front yard, repair of the stairs between our house and our neighbour, and replacement of the driveway by another contractor, Dream Pave. The main contractor on this project was Action Home Services (647) 937-1023. We cannot say enough about the quality of their work and the pride they take in it! Many different people from AHS were involved on the project. All were highly competent in their specialties and all were very respectful and a joy to work with. Nevertheless, we have to single out for special praise our landscape designer, Kin Chan; project manager, Renat; foreman, Ross; flagstone mason, Ivan; carpenter, Yuri and the man who put the whole team together, John Karpov. We recommend them all wholeheartedly!

We we’re looking to get the backyard patio done, as well as re-sodding the backyard. And on top of that having interlocking done at the side of the house. After researching a few companies we decided to go with Action Home Services. As soon as a send a request in for a quote, I got a response from Eugene right away. He gave me a very detailed quote. After contract was signed we wanted to change a few things and they were very flexible. Even though they said the job would take about 2 weeks, they finished just under that. And man they worked really really hard. They knew exactly what to do, I didn’t have to stand over their should to watch what they were doing. The project manager Ron was also very easy to work with, any question I had I could contact him about it and he would answer it right away. I would highly recommend AHS. They are our “go-to” guys from now on!

I was in need to have the top step of my interlocking front steps releveled before winter set in to help avoid a drainage issue. Eugene from Action Home Services was very prompt to return my call and to come out to assess the problem and provide me a free estimate. The work was scheduled and completed quite promptly as well, and a great job done in rebuilding the step. Thank you guys!

Eugene was able to come and give us a quote on the fence quite quickly and then start the job within weeks. The crew putting the fence up we’re very hard working and did a solid job. They were also willing and able to do a couple of repairs on an existing fence and gate which we appreciated.

We hired AHS to do some repairs for our interlocking driveway and sidewalks, and also did powerwash and polymeric sand. This is the second time we use their services , and will be back again and again . Their professionalism , attention to details and reasonable pricing made us a forever return customer. The whole crew showed always on time, worked very hard and made sure the place is clean and safe after each shift. Kosta and Nikolaj are very detailed oriented and the results are always to the highest standards.
