I had to replace the front porch at my house as it had some safety issues. They advised about all the safety issues we had and what exactly we had to replace and offered a few options for us to choose from. We decided to replace the whole portch and the new one build by AHS looks amazing. They worked fast, professional and they were always polite.

We are very happy with our new front landscaping! We had to remove a concrete retaining wall along the driveway and at the sidewalk that were built in the 60s, replace the walls, regrade and sod the front, and redo the walkway and steps to the front of the house. The quote was reasonable, and the work was done quickly. They were knowledgeable and helpful in helping us refine our front landscaping design, and answered all our questions. It was reassuring to see the whole crew in uniform, and our neighbours commented on how the crew cleaned up and kept the work area tidy. They built our dream design and we love the end result!

John and his crew completed a great job on my landscaping project to redo my front steps with natural stone, Interlock in between my house & back yard and build a fence. The team was extremely professional and put in several long 12 hour days to get the job done. There was some unexpected items that came up during the job but John was very reasonable and worked with me to accommodate. I would recommend them for any fencing or landscaping work.

We had our asphalt driveway removed and an interlocking one installed by AHS. We are very pleased with the whole process. The communication was clear. All our questions were addressed in a timely manner. The crew was very professional and left the worksite clean at the end of every day and at the end of the job. They consulted us on every step of the process to make sure they were meeting our needs. The whole job took only three days. It was refreshing to see the pride the crew took in their work. We LOVE our new driveway!

Amazing customer service, very responsive! The entire project was completed very fast, in only 6 days we have a completely new backyard. They need the interlocking, lawn and even planted trees and flowers for us! The team was very friendly, effective and quite. We have been receiving lots of complements and would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to upgrade their backyard and much more! Thank you guys!!

I called AHS and two other companies to quote me on a new fence for my backyard. It was clear that AHS was the most professional of the group and they also price matched the lowest quote. They did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with the quality of work.

We were so impressed with Action Home Services from initial contact for a quote to the completion of our project. Shortly after I posted my project as ready to hire on Homestars, John contacted me and we set a time to meet. John made a very good impression. He was on time, understood what we wanted to get done and had great suggestions for things we hadn't thought all the way through. We met with three other contractors and the amount quoted from Action Home Services was comparable and competitive. What I appreciated most though, that really made Action Home Services stand out was the level of detail that was included in their quote. There was absolutely nothing missed on this quote, so I felt confident that I was not missing anything that could significantly add to the overall cost in the end. John is very responsive via phone and email. I had questions along the way and he responded very quickly and updated the quote if necessary. When the project started, we were blown away by their professionalism. They arrived the evening before they started to drop off their equipment and depending on what was getting done on any of the days they were here (eg: demolition, interlocking, cedar deck, landscaping lighting, sodding, planting, etc.) , there were several people working. I mention this because, in the past we have had work done by contractors with smaller operations and this experience just took it to whole new level! Action Home Services completed our project in less than two weeks. They always arrived on time and were such a hard-working team! Neighbours on our street were also impressed and hired them for a project as well. Our project manager Renate was wonderful to work with and everyone on the team was so professional and polite. They were so organized and coordinated and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work and working together. It was truly a pleasure to have Action Home Services complete our project. They made us feel valued and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable landscaping contractor.

I highly recommend this company. They did a backyard retail for me. The service and workmanship was phenomenal. I could not be happier with the end product and the experience with AHS. Professionalism from the very start. No missed days. Always on time. Entire project took 2 weeks. This is the only company I would use or recommend for any future projects.
