I contacted Eugene and John from action home services regarding a new swimming pool. Always wanted to have one but never got a chance to find someone reliable. On our first meeting John showed a lot of swimming pool options, upgrades, and cool features I can select. We set for 2 hours and selected what I wanted. Eugene helped us with the design and work started. Outcome: very happy with my new swimming pool. Ahs - very professional employees, perfect customer service, everything was on time, no delays, good pricing. If you need a swimming pool, you should definitely give these guys a shot.

Our review We moved into a new home, and wanted to create a warm and cozy backyard living space. I called John at Action Home Service late on a Sunday evening. John called me back right away, came out to see the project the next day and had some great ideas of what we could do. I had other quotes and spoke to other contractors, but John was the most professional in his explanation of the process, extremely competitive pricing, and great suggestions on materials and timing of the project. The workmen arrived one evening to drop off all the supplies, and a projected 4 day project was done in 2 days. John had two crews working the first day to ensure the bins and mess and disruption to the neighbourhood was over with quickly. The workmen were extremely professional, knew what they were doing, and cleaned up after every day. They worked 12 hours per day to get the job done quickly. They explained the process, gave us timelines of the work per day, checked in often to make sure we were on the same page. My wife and I are extremely happy with the end result. We have worked with contractors before, renovating and improving our homes, and it is not unusual that the workmen to be fine and respectful to me, but we have had times where they are not as skilled in interacting with women. My wife found John's crew to professional, friendly and kept her in the loop every step of the way. It was a very positive experience for both my wife and I. The job was phenomenal, a small team of 3 men sculpted out my backyard, and my side walkway fully to my request aswell as interlocked it all in under a week. Overall I was truly impressed and thankful for their work

I would like to say a big thanks to John and his team. They performed the interlocking project with my driveway. My husband and I are very pleased with the outcome. John helped us with the material selexction, helped us save some money, and provided us a follow up activity after 2 weeks. He came in to check if everything was fine. Eugene and John did a very good job fixing my fence. It was badly damaged because of a fallen tree. Very organized, professional, and reasonably priced company. Even though it looks like a very simple task to fix a fence, they provided me a guideline of what was going to happen - aka project steps. That was very professional in my opinion. Did their job fast and did not ask for any extra money.

We hired Action Home Services to remove, regrade and relay portions of our interlocking sidewalk and patio. John and his team were awesome to work with. Best contractors we have ever dealt with. The whole AHS team is a gem. Started by from customer service and finished with installers. Got my new fireplace installed by these guys 2 weeks ago. Eugene was very polite and knowledgeable. Came prepared for out first meeting. I thought it would take them a week to finish the installation but the team was done in 3 days!! 3 days guys. I could not ask for more. Brilliant work and brilliant new fireplace. Definitely recommend Eugene and his crew to everyone.

Last week these guys finished my project. Couldn’t be any happier with the end result. All workers were very polite and hard working. John and his manager, Eugene, came everyday to over see the work that has to be done or that was done. Recommended them to all my family members and decided to leave a 10+ review.

Got my new hot tub installed by these guys. Eugene and his crew did everything in 2 days. Work was done fast and professional. No issues with this company. They have polite employees including customer service, manager, and installers. Let me highlight one thing that I really liked. Eugene came back in one week to do a follow up with me. He asked if everything was ok with my new tub and if everything was working properly. He also did a quick check on the tub and showed me how to maintain it for a longer lifespan.
