Thank you Action Home Services for interior ceramic job done recently. All ceramic flooring and walls on main floor got damaged due to renovation work in my house and John from AHS was referred to me by friend of mine. After meeting with John for an estimate, I agreed to replace all tiles in washroom and hallway entrance. Demolition and wall preparations were done quick and with no excessive noise. Next day, trades came in to install tiles and grout over. During all project, John was just a call away and checked the progress and supervised his workers on a timely manner. Overall, great experience and promising start for my future collab with this company. Must mention company uniform and professional attitude of the crew, always polite and nice. Highly recommend!

My family and I were dreaming about new deck on our backyard, I was not sure what kind of design we would like to get. I called to John from Action Home Services , he came in a few days. We were discussing new deck more than one hour, he proposed me many options of design ,as well as, type of wood would be used.Eventually, I choose deck from cider with lights inside. I was not in a rush and told the John that you can start whenever you can. His team came in 5 weeks. They demolished my old deck and build new one almost in 2 weeks. They’ve done it pretty fast as it was a big piece of job. Cedar deck with light looks amazing. I cannot wait until my friends come to my house to show them our new deck. Action Home Services got a good reference.

John and his team were very efficient and installed an extremely long and challenging walkway along the front, side and back of my house. There were several issues that they had to fix and they did a great job. The workmanship was top notch and the team was very nice about answering all of my questions and giving me helpful advice so that the walkway looked sharp and matched the style of my house. I am so happy with the outcome. It has changed the entire look of my house and yard!

I just don't have enough words to express the remarkable work that was done to my backyard by John and his team. I literally had a disaster on my hands. My backyard had a major overhaul done to it. No word of a lie, it was falling into the lane way which is adjacent to my yard. There was mounds of weeds, interlock stones that became tripping hazards, gravel that seeped through the fence which was literally standing on its last legs. However, with John and his team, I have a yard that all my neighbours envy and once again can enjoy. Their project was done quicker than projected, they were efficient and paid attention to detail. They also accommodated me with last minute changes too with ease. I would definitely recommend them and am extremely satisfied with their work!

Repaired the sunken area in front of the garage and resealed the driveway it was done in timely manner. Dealing with Kyle was great.

My previous patio had not been correctly laid so we had to redo it. We got three estimates and in spite of the higher cost, we chose Jon and his team because Jon seemed to really understand and explain the entire process and the reasons for each of the steps. (We were responsible for the cost of the flagstone not included as part of the cost.) The crew arrived on time and worked extremely hard to ensure they were doing a top quality installation. They tidied up after the job and were always courteous. They called me out from time to time to ask for clarification in terms of the look I wanted. Whenever I had a question it was answered to my satisfaction. The patio looks beautiful-the photos do not do it justice!

I’ve hired Action Home Services to install wood deck with pergola. We don’t have a huge backyard that’s why we decided to install pergolas which gives some shade, where we can easily place an outdoor furniture underneath. We are extremely thankful to the team that worked on our project because we had many requirements and details which they performed amazing. Special gratitude to Nick who was very helpful and organized in leading the project. Now our backyard looks completely different and we are very satisfied.
