After the recent winter season many of the interlock bricks in the front steps to our house were damaged (cracked or crumbling) which posed a safety hazard. We received different estimates for the job and were not happy with either the timeline to get the job done or with the price quoted, so we decided to get yet another quote. We located Action Home Services using Google search and are happy we made the decision to have them do the job. Within only a few days of contacting Action Home Services, the job was completed, timely, efficiently and for the amount of the estimate we received. The company’s Operations Manager was very professional and polite. We know ours was a small project, compared to others the company handles, yet the attention we got from him, made us feel important. Eugene, we commend you on taking your time to answer questions, return calls and text messages, and you did it all in a timely manner which helped to alleviate our concerns. Knowing that we work non-standard hours, Action Home Services went the extra mile. We went to work in the morning with broken steps and received a text with beautiful pictures of the repaired steps. They even followed up with us well into the evening to make sure everything was addressed since we were not on site when the job was done. We would highly recommend Action Home Services to others. John suggested things to help keep costs down without compromising the look and durability of the finished product. His crew were pleasant, hard working, and reliable. After scanning the homestars registered service providers, i came up with a few options for contractors for my backyard.Basically I needed fire pit,BBQ close-out,interlocking patio with pergola and flower beds.Action Home services provided me with estimate on a timely manner,using appropriate forms and statements.John was quick to reply to my emails and patiently answering all my questions (I’d consider myself as a very picky client). Without having any issues,the team and John finished the project within 4 days,exceeding all my expectations.I wouldn’t write a review,if I wasn’t satisfied customer. Interlocking patio Thanks Action Home Services for amazing interlocking patio.Having extensive experience with contractors,I can tell for sure Action Home Services is one of the best companies in Ontario! I saw their ads everywhere,google,HomeStars,a bunch of many other websites as Yelp etc.However,when I saw their truck with company logo parked down the street,I was like “I need to get in touch with them!” And that was a good sign,the crew did absolutely gorgeous job starting with detailed estimate,professional work and finishing with good clean up and final touch ups! Very pleased to meet them,recommend to anyone looking for reliable and professional services!

Very professional guys, recommend!!!! Always on time, and most important, they always answer my phone calls after hours which is very convenient for me, because the only time I can make an arrangements is when I am back from work. Tried several companies before and they always told me to call back during regular business hours, as they don’t have a computer in front of them to give a quote. Kyle from Action Home Services , come by last october to do my driveway, his crew came on time and gave me reasonable price . I agreed to do it right away, they clean my driveway, filled all cracks and put 2 layers of sealing . Im very happy with service from Action Home Services . Highly recommend

Kyle from Action Home Services did a great job sealing and patching my driveway. He and his crew took extra care on cracks ,all of them were filled. Also my driveway required some resurfacing work done, such as section cut and rebuild, they worked quickly and clean. My wife and I were very pleased with the work done. I recommend Action Home Services to anyone who requires that type of work done.

John and Eugene came by my house last year to give me a quote. I was very happy with price and the explanation they have provided. I went ahead with the job without taking any other quotes. At the end I was very happy with the service.
