I had squirrels in my attic, tried several ways to get rid of them but they always came back. Emailed Raider and had a call back within the hour I believe. Very open and informative, easy to deal with. They came out on what had to be on the coldest day we have had so far this year. Very thorough and professional job. No sign of squirrels (or birds) in my attic since they fixed it up. So glad I called Raider Wildlife to take care of things! Chris was great to work with and very accommodating. Hopefully I don't have anymore issues with wildlife but if I do they will be my first call. Thank you so much!!!

Everything you want in a home service. Professional and knowledgeable staff. Exceptional communication. Fair pricing. Most important, an effective service! I've had other services (fail to) deal with mice, despite paying a lot of money for what was supposed to be a comprehensive service with a multi-year guarantee. Others were not responsive to my ongoing problem. Blake came out immediately with an expert analysis. He kept me informed constantly about when they would schedule my work, what they were doing, what I should expect and look for. I actually hope I never need them again lol but if I do, I am confident I can trust these guys to get the job done.

I called Raider Wildlife Control to discuss helping us with mice in our attic. One of the owners, Chris, answered my call and was very helpful and listened to my questions. He then assured me that they could help. We quickly set up a time for his partner Blake to come have a look at the house and work up a quote. I had a competitor come by for a quote as well. Raider got the business based on their overall customer service and the personal approach at the in field assessment. Blake was great and answered all my questions. On the day of the service (just 2 days later) Trevor and Nolan arrived on time and got to work solving our problem. Within 90 minutes they had completed their work. This included sealing all gaps around the soffit/wall, sealing roof vents and any gaps in the drip edge. When Trevor needed access to the attic to bait he wore a clean overall and boot coverings in the house (along with a mask) and was in and out within 10 minutes. He then spent 10-15 minutes showing me all the work they completed and asked if I had any questions. They even cleaned up a repair that I had done around an AC house entering the house. Trevor explained that the foam I had used could potentially be an entry point for mice to chew through. He went back to the truck to get supplies, cleaned off the foam and filled the hole. In a field with lots of competition it can be hard to know the difference between a good company and a great company. For me it was the attention to detail, keeping their word on service times and taking the time to explain the work. All that and fully insured and bonded along with a lot of great online reviews and customer interaction. In my opinion, Raider Wildlife Control is the only call you need to make! Had a pest problem in my home. This company came to my rescue and took care of everything within a week. The job was done so well and they truly did so much work on my house no other company would have done. I called them for support and someone always answered and helped me. My family and I feel safe in our home again. Absolutely amazing service. Would highly recommend. I have told everyone about our amazing experience. A contingent of pigeons had taken over my condo balcony and turned my furniture into their home. I called Chris to help move them, clean up their mess, and find a way to prevent them from returning. He did exactly that! He came up with a game plan and a quote and the end result is a thoroughly clean balcony with a secure net you can barley see. His team got the work done in a day, in a professional manner that i would gladly recommend to anyone in need.

I called Raider Wildlife after we started hearing loud noises in our attic during the night. They came out the next day and found where the racoon was entering the house through the soffit. We were presented with several different options, ranging from simply sealing up the entry point after the critter left through a one-way door, to a full protection package for the entire house. We chose to reenforce all of our angle soffit areas and cover all of our roof vents. They came back the next day to do the work. They used colour matched aluminum for the soffits and inconspicuous black aluminum covers for the vents - no unsightly wire mesh. We are very impressed with the quality of the work and materials and with how professional the entire team was. These guys clearly know what they're doing and care about doing the job right.

Now for those who think that was expensive hold on a sec , working on a roof in the winter -5 outside while insuring that squirrels will never get into your roof again is priceless! I can’t recommend these blokes enough. Having lived in Oz for six years and dealing with really shady operations, it took six months to get rid of a possum for gods sake... if raider was there I would of had less headaches. Honestly in this racket you don’t always get what you pay for but these guys really raised the bar with customer service and satisfaction !

This company is second to none. They don't mess around and get the job done professionally and in a timely manner. Their customer service and getting back you is outstanding. I called Chris today with a concern, and they are coming out tomorrow! No other company comes close to these guys. If you want results, piece of mind and knowing they always look out for their customers- give them a call as you will not be disappointed. Chris and Blake are genuinely fantastic people, with amazing customer service. Their expertise, and commitment to providing an excellent job have really blown me away. I inquired online about a potential pest issue, and right away got a call back to assist me…even at 9pm on a Friday night! WHAT?! That never happens anymore! I knew right away we were in the best of hands. Our job ended up being quite extensive, and they got it done as quickly as possible. I can assure you that they do what they say, they show up on time, they finish what they start, and they are kind and conscientious along the way. What more can you ask for?
