    As described and quoted. Showed up on time, did a thorough cleaning job on my couch and mattresses, and billed as quoted. Very happy overall!

    Shawn was very professional from the initial interaction regarding carpet cleaning. Chose New Age based on my conversation with him where they promised there would be no extra charges to his quote. Arrived on time, was hard working, diligent and personable . Our carpets have never been so clean. We will be using New Age Carpet again.

    A terrific experience! Would definitely recommend! Prompt response to our request for a quote; reasonable pricing; arrived on schedule and did a great job with our installed carpets. Also took away our area rugs and returned them looking better than they have for years. Kudos to Shawn for being such a pleasure to interact with.

    Upholstery cleaning

    We had two couches, four matching cushions, four upholstered dining chairs, two armless side chairs and two wing chairs, all in an off-white colour but different fabrics. They were a bit dirty and stained in places and we were amazed at how well Shawn got rid of all the dirt and, even more amazing, all the stains, many of which were long established. All this furniture now looks like new and we plan to have a yearly clean from now on. The cost was very reasonable too. Shawn was very professional and very pleasant. He worked hard and the results showed that.

    Carpet Cleaning

    I was happy with the result. My carpeting had not been cleaned in over 15 years. The cleaner got spots and stains out that I was willing to live with. Job took about two hours to clean a 900 sf two-bedroom apartment
