    Job not completed, poor workmanship

    It been 1 year and I am still waiting for them to finish the job. One of the major areas of concern is poor workmanship. My dad had to point out to them some of the windows were not installed properly. Did not have all the parts for the installation and some were damaged/scratched. Dealing with them to complete the job been a nightmare. no responses to email, phone calls. Do not pay them till the full job is complete, I paid for everything they completed and that was a mistake. I am still waiting for them to come complete the rest after multiple visits from technicians during covid times. I would not recommend them.

    Window screen

    Very poor customer service - I had windows installed by another company which was taken over by Nordik Windows. They removed my window screen for repair/replacement in November 2019. They have still not replaced the screen and also do not bother to call me. I have called them repeatedly over the last 11 months - absolutely no response. I am seriously considering suing them for return of the screen they took from my home.

    Door adjustment/fix

    I needed the door sweep replaced, it was not completed to my satisfaction from the previous technician. Thankfully the work is all covered under warranty. Daniel completed the task efficiently with competence and was very professional. I am really pleased!

    Patio Door

    Such wonderful work. AGAIN. This is our second time using their service and again a job well done. They are so quick and so very clean when working in our home. The end result is beautiful.

    Door and Windows

    My experience with Nordik Windows was perfect. My windows and door look great. Trim looks great. They cleaned up after themselves and were nice guys to deal with. Great experience.

    Highly Recommend!

    We had a wonderful experience with Nordik Windows and Doors from start to finish! Customer service was always attentive, friendly and professional whether scheduling appointments or following up on our door installation. The in-person process to select a door was quick and easy with many different options to choose from. My only complaint, and I know it was out of their control with challenges due to a pandemic, is that I wished we could have got it sooner -- it's made that much of a difference to the front of our house! The installers did a beautiful job and the quality shows. I would highly recommend Nordik Windows and Doors, and will use them again.

    Window installation

    The installation company was great. They were on time and installed our windows in a timely manner. There was a lot of retrofitting because we live in an old home. They did the best job they could with all of that. I was impressed with the installation and am happy with the final product. The team was professional and I’m overall very happy. I think Nordik windows could have had more communication with the install company before they were sent to us, and this would be my only issue. We are in the middle of our renovation and the new windows will look great with the finished kitchen.

    Alexa & Team (Installers) were amazing

    Alexa and his team were very professional, knowledgeable and worked diligently to have my windows (5 in total) installed. Also very friendly and a pleasure to speak with. Would recommend this crew for installation of your windows.

    Great Windows

    Danielle, the sales rep came, measured our windows and answered all of our questions in person and all of my follow up questions by email. When the windows were in we got a call from the office that they were ready. The windows were installed by an AMAZING crew (Zorro and Walter) who were both very friendly and cleaned up after the installation really well. We live in a house with many levels and multiple very narrow staircases, and somehow no walls were damaged with them carrying the old windows out or the new windows in. Even WE struggle not to damage the walls when carrying large items up and down the stairs. Everyone who entered our house wore masks due to COVID-19 and were very respectful of keeping it on throughout their visit. Now we have really great noise control from the busy highway we live so close to. So far we are super happy with our Nordik experience.

    Doors and Windows installed

    Alexey crew was dedicated, professional and committed to their work. They were diligent and left the house spic and span after finishing the assignment. I will strongly recommend Alexey crew and Nordik Doors and Windows for your needs. Great job done Alexey crew. Appreciate it.
