    Replacement of old Bay window and re-capping of existing set of windows

    The Nordik installers came bright and early and immediately went to work. They were fast and organised and cleaned up as they went through the job. The entire job lasted about 3hrs. Very happy with the new window and the re-capping of the existing windows on the second floor. Alexei and Zorran and their team were great and very polite. Great installer team. Thank you very much guys!

    Love our new windows

    We just changed all of the windows and the patio door in our house to beautiful new ones from Nordik. We chose a black finish for the exterior and white for the interior. Goran and Obi did an amazing Job. They were very pleasant to deal with and their workmanship was great. We would highly recommend them!

    Service Call - Fix New Window Screens

    I was surprised how quickly they could send Jason out. Things have only just started opening up in Ontario. They were here less than 1.5 wks after I called. New casements were installed in November, and the screens kept falling out when I opened them. Jason was great – he explained the issue and fixed it. (P.S. Fixing my screens were FREE but it wouldn't allow me to post without an approximate cost.)

    Windows replaced

    I love the new look of my windows. The installers were amazing. Fast and efficient. They took the time at the end to show me how the windows worked and if I had any concerns to call. Great job

    Don’t bother with Nordik

    Honestly, just stay away from Nordik. After waiting 12 weeks for the door to be manufactured, the door brought to be installed was wrong. After chasing down a customer service agent, was told that this would be corrected on a rush. Never heard from Nordik until after the manufacturing shutdown, when I contacted them. Since then, have spoken with 5 customer service representatives: 3 of which never returned calls, 2 have since stopped responding (about 2 weeks now) to information on the status of the door, or when the door will be installed. This is now approaching month 8, and still no door. But thankfully Nordik offered $250 off due to their original mistake (an insulting 3% of the total cost)... For what Nordik is charging, and the complete lack of any customer care, would recommend you go anywhere else.

We try and push as much as we can, unfortunately we are still dealing with some setbacks.     Windows and Main Door

    We decided to replace all our windows and front door after years of condensation and draft problems. We found Nordik on HomeStars and liked the product they offer for a reasonable price. (we got quotes from 5 or 6 other companies). The process since the beginning went smoothly, from Peter the sales person to Aleksey and Zorro who did a fantastic Job! We appreciated their professionalism and great care. Our new windows and door look amazing!

    Basement windows

    Nordic Windows replaced our basement windows and did an awesome job both inside and outside. They were friendly and did a great job of cleaning up. I would definitely recommend them.

    Excellent new front and patio doors

    We got a new front door which we liked so much we went back and got a new patio door. The salesperson (Mark) was very knowledgeable and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Both installations went without any issues. We are very happy.

    Thanks for your Excellent service Nordik-Compliments to your Sales Leadership (Jeff), Quality & Clean Installation (Milos & Bojan) and most Important-Value (Jonathan).

    Although I had experienced some unexpected delays because of mix up in the measurements and then CoVID 19 came in which prolong the delays, I will not focus on the negative side of things. Since Jeff took over my order, every steps from Manufacturing of the Door to final installation went very smooth. Special thanks to Jeff On the positive side, both Milos & Bojan came over today Jun 15th to install a new front Black Double Door. Man, these two installers are really true gentlemen - very professional, very efficient, friendly, informative and they demonstrated great respect for our home and property. The installation is perfect, everything was done in a professional manner and very clean. There is absolutely nothing I could suggest for these two gentlemen for improvements. The extra care they took in cleaning up during and after the install was very appreciated. I hope they are the ones that will return for the back windows that are coming soon. Thank you again Nordik -Milos, Bojan, Jeff and not forgetting Jonathan for our beautiful front door. Take care guys and continue to stay safe! PS: Jeff, just a gentle reminder to not forget about the missing  Three white vynil strips for inside to cover unfinished sections that connects doors to sides and top glass. Best Regards, Griff

    Complete Patio door

    Very good quality production. Professional sale rep and installation techs. The installation went very very smooth and in frame time. I’m very happy to deal with this company . Thanks guys
