    New Back Door

    We needed a new back door. They came, replaced the entire frame and door, installed the hardware and all with little effort. Very professional and quick. I love my new door!

    Window replacements entire house

    Excellent company! The installers were knowledgeable, pleasant and cleaned their work area when done! The product was of excellent quality. Would highly recommend Nordic windows and doors!

    Window replacement

    My initial inquiry was responded-to quickly and professionally and an in-house consultation was arranged in no time. Anthony arrived on time and expertly explained the quality of Nordik windows and the value in purchasing them. After examining the existing windows, he thoroughly explained the replacement process and immediately provided a complete and competitive quote. I have no doubt that my wife and I chose the right window company for our home.

    Poor Quality , Service & Warranty

    I am extremely dissapointed in the service i have received from Nordik. I had initially purchased my patio door from QSI and from day 1 there were issues with door and install. When Nordik bought out QSI they took over and i am still dealing with the same issues 4 years later. The damage it has caused and the stress i have gone through is sickening. I have had over 10 tech visits , 2 visits from the manager "Kevin" and i still have water coming into my home. Kevin promised on his last visit that if it leaked again they would replace the door and even provided me with his personal cell #. To date, my calls and emails have not been returned and i am still dealing with the emotional stress of it all.

    Complete window replacement

    I would like thank Nordik Windows for their excellent service in the sale, Install and customer service of my windows. We had 14 windows installed this included 2 very large bay window. Right from the sales visit to the the install this project was handled by professional staff. I have to give a special thanks to the two professionals ( Obrad and Goran) that did the install. They started on time and completed all 14 windows in just two days. As a retired construction project manager I was more than impressed with their work and job site practices. I highly recommend Nordik windows. Thanks

    Exterior doors

    Very happy with the look and quality of the doors.installers were very professionall very neat and tidy and were very helpful.so thank you very much nordk.

    Bay window, bedroom windows, kitchen

    Bay window installed was the wrong size. Three different times window is measured. Bay window has mark between glass. New bay window comes after me calling constantly for updates on other window problems and middle glass has mark on it. This will need to be ordered. I started with Nordik June 30/2022 as a brand new customer. This bay window came October 13/2022 and again the middle glass has a mark between them. My bedroom window first came with a broken screen, new screen comes and its to small(Warped) guy has to come again to remeasure and order a new one. Daughter room window the insulation pushed on the window needing it to be fixed. Both windows weather stripping needs to be replaced and these r brand new windows. Constantly on the phone with this company getting updates trying to figure out what happens next. And its me calling company they havent updated since beginning. Extremely disappointed in this company product

    Windows Replacement - So far so godd

    This review is only related to the service of the sale representative, Giovanni, since I did not start the installation process yet. I liked the way Nordik scheduled the appointment and presented a video of the sale person one week before the meeting. Giovanni came on time and spent all the necessary time to explain to me the difference between Nordik products and the competitors; with his real estate background, he assisted me in choosing the best options, both for our quality of life and for the future option to sell the house. He understood our need and was honest in the pricing. Giovanni also shown me the options of payment and suggested me the best one. When we decide to proceed with Nordik, Giovanni assisted me in the process, including activating the pre-work assessment for the government rebate. We decided to go with Nordik despite some very few bad reviews because Giovanni shown high professionalism and he promised to assist us also in the following steps of the process (schedule, installation and follow up). Our decision was 90% because of Giovanni (professionalism, explanation of the product and differences with competitor, honesty in pricing, assistance also after sale) and 10% because of Nordik good reputation, which by the way was supported by Giovanni's professionalism. I really hope to have the same fantastic experience in the next steps of scheduling and completing the project

    Window Replacement

    Run!! Do not walk away from this company! Perhaps you will be one of the lucky ones who has their installation go smoothly. Unfortunately, I am not one of those customers and when things do not go well you will receive little to no support. It took 3 years and over 30 service calls to get the windows and trim correctly installed starting in 2018. Most of these service calls involved me taking a day off work and a technician showing up with the wrong information and or equipment to do the job and therefore no work actually done. For those doing the math that is more than a weeks vacation every year for 3 years. This is not an exaggeration; my whole story would take up pages. Never have I written a review, positive or negative review for any company but todays call to the service department has pushed me over the edge. After taking years to get the windows installed the outside trim is now starting to fall apart. I called to get a service technician to come and repair the windows yet again, and spoke with Audrey. Audrey said she would send someone out to do an assessment. I asked if they could skip the assessment and simply send out a technician with the trim and replace it. My request was denied with the explanation that my windows were special order and would have to be assessed. Which I understand if they did not already have all of this information on file from sending out a tech less than a year ago for the same problem. When I asked to have this escalated to her manager noting the amount of time I have already taken off work her response under her breath was I dont care. The worst part is I am not even surprised, as this is the attitude I have received from this company since day one. Disappointed

    Window and Door Replacement

    We could not be happier with our decision to work with Nordik Windows & Doors! The experience from beginning to end was excellent. Our sales representative, Chuck, was honest, helpful and very attentive. The installation team, lead by Gino, was always on time (or early) and the quality of their work was terrific. Our project was very large (26 windows, a sliding door and an exterior door) and some challenges are to be expected. What we did not expect was how quickly and thoroughly the issues were handled by the Nordik Customer Service and Installation teams. We are so happy to have trusted Nordik with our home.
