Sensor failure on a Samsung front loading washer 5 years old. Quick response, arrived at scheduled time, diagnosed the problem clearly and solution needed. Ordered needed part and return at scheduled time two days later - Problem fixed at fair price. First time using Arni - they are now in my address book for future appliance problems.
