The Flooring Office installed all the flooring in our newly renovated house. They completed floor and wall tiles in 4 bathrooms including a complicated mosaic. In the remainder of the house they installed the hardwood, replaced the stairs and tiled the basement. Kaan and Mathew are very conscientious and assured that the installation, finishes and transitions met all our expectations

We cannot speak highly enough of the Flooring Office. They excelled in every way at carrying out a very tricky fireplace installation job, with results of superlative quality, for a very reasonable price. We had asked for a fireplace to be added with a material that would modernize the home. Kaan -the lead, suggested we take a look at ledger stone. It didnt take us long to see he had envisioned the same concept we were looking for. Having settled on the Flooring Office, we were impressed throughout the process of getting the job done. They were patient with our demands, timely and precise with their work, and most importantly efficient throughout their process. We thank them greatly for making this project smooth and successful.

Remodelling projects are usually a headache and hard to handle but not for the Flooring Office. Im truly stunned with their expertise. My bathroom looks like a million dollars! Firstly, this project had to be completed suddenly as I had family visiting by the end of the month. The Flooring Office team had other projects they were attending to as well but still managed to squeeze me into their busy schedule. From the tiling to installing all the features I required, Im so happy with the overall results. Theyve really outdone themselves with being professional, well punctual, great in communication, helpful advice and ideas, and over keeping customer satisfaction as their top priority. All that and still being budget friendly! Im impressed and Ive already booked another project with them. Cant wait to work with them again.

I hired Kaan and his team to do my stairs and hardwood as they had both different colours, they were able to work for a period of 3 days. I had no issues with them, they are very polite with good customer service. My floor turned out great! Would strongly recommend if you want to renew your floors with them!

We had our hardwood floor restained by Flooring Office. They were quick to reply to our request on HomeStars, quoted a fair price, and seemed to be pleasant. That quickly changed after we started to identify issues with the quality of the work: uneven tones, pooling of stain, and stain splatter up the walls, baseboards, doors, stair risers and new wardrobe cabinetry. Were no strangers to renovations but we were shocked at the poor workmanship and their response. When we identified issues, they accused us of knit picking, and refused to visit the house until the project was done as we didnt pay for their gas. "We got what we paid for" is what we were told. Unprofessional. Would avoid.
