Overall, I give Neon Cleaners Inc 3.5/5. I had a move out deep clean done and everything, including the window sills, were cleaned. The entire job took about 5 hours for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with 2 cleaners. Their communication was excellent. They quickly sent over a quote and were able to answer any questions or make any changes that I requested. However, I am deducting a few stars for a couple of things. They arrived 30min past the window they were supposed to arrive. I understand that traffic is unpredictable so Im not faulting them for being late. They also had an issue with finding parking. I would suggest asking for any parking notes for future jobs so they know where they can park so it doesnt cause any further delays. My main complaint, however, is that I was charged for services that I didnt want. My original quote had included cleaning the interior of the oven, fridge and windows. I ended up requesting these services to be removed, which they were, and a new quote was sent that I ended up approving. However, after services were done, I found them on my invoice and voiced that they were supposed to be removed. They eventually apologized for the mistake but offered no solution or offered to take the charges off since the cleaners had already cleaned them. Despite these issues, they did do a good job and I would recommend their services, I would just make sure to confirm everything before the job
