    Paid in full but still waiting for the other half of the job to be completed…

    Secured the services over the summer. Paid in full to have squirrels removed and holes sealed from the attic. I was told that a one way door will be installed so that the squirrel has a chance to get out, and that 3 weeks later Troy will come back and seal the hole back up. Followed up with them 3 times since then but was always told they will stop by, dont worry. This was 5 months ago. Tired of chasing them down. Whatever work that was completed was done great. Just wished they would have completed the full job as promised.

    The Best!

    Thanks to Troy we won't be having any uninvited guests in our home this winter. In this day and age it's hard to find people you can trust. But Troy is definitely one you can. He is very professional, conscientious, and has an extensive knowledge about this business. You have to have an expert. He does an excellent job, gives helpful advise and takes the time to answer questions. Quite simply, he is the best!

    Wasp nest and preventative treatment for mice

    GTA is always a pleasure to work with. Troy is so helpful on the phone and it is easy to set up a visit. We have used GTA (Carl) for years and meeting Stephen for this most recent visit was a very positive experience. Stephen was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He re-loaded our mouse bait stations in the house and then tackled a wasp nest in the ground under a hydrangea bush - which wasn't an easy task! We are so grateful for his care and service and so glad we know where to turn for these services. Thank you!!

    Wasps

    We discovered that wasps were going into a hole in the bricks behind a panel near our front door. Stephen came over right away. First he sprayed powder behind the panel. A number of wasps came flying out and he sprayed them. They died on contact with the spray. He then explained safety precautions not to stay in that area for two hours while the spray was in the area. It would be especially dangerous for any young people or pets. Excellent customer service and safety precautions.

    Wasps

    Stephen came over quickly to help when wasps were swarming our house. He sprayed inside a brick gap and waited to ensure the treatment worked. He told us what to watch for and how to clean up any remaining powder. He provided us with great customer service. We would highly recommend Stephen and GTA Wildlife Removal and Pest Control.

    Wasps nests

    Stephen provided us with excellent customer service. He came over right away to spray our wasp nests in our backyard. Stephen was very professional and discussed with us the safety and health precautions for using spray and powder in our backyard. He was very concerned about the safety and well-being of our children and dogs. We were very thankful that he did such a thorough job because the nest was really close to our back door and we were afraid that the wasps would come inside with our kids and dogs going in and out all summer long. We would highly recommend Stephen and GTA Wildlife Removal and Pest Control.

    Raccoon removal from attic

    Thank-you Troy for quickly coming to deal with my raccoon problem after I called you!!!! Youve been so easy to deal with, extremely knowledgeable, honest and fairly priced! The raccoons are gone and you did an amazing job with the mesh over all the vents!!! You will forever be my go to man!     Raccoon assessment by a professional grifter

    I would avoid Troy from GTA Wildlife Removal and Pest Control. He does seem to understand raccoons and was able to deal with my issue humanely. However, he trapped me into paying $300 more for the service than his estimate on the phone, because when he arrived he was dismayed that accessing the crawlspace required crawling. I did say on the phone the location of the noises, he gave me the cost sight unseen of $550 to put a one way door on to allow any raccoons present to vacate, and said an in person service call with no intervention costs $200. So you can see that I did not feel it would make sense to cancel the call. He also kept talking about the possibility that raccoon babies may already be there or get born imminently, suggesting intervention was urgent. I would not say he was upfront about the rationale for his price changing so much. At any rate his estimate was off by 55%, a clear violation of the consumer protection act. When I tried to talk about it with him after he said it was "crazy" for me to request he honour his original estimate and was quite rude and unprofessional. Very unpleasant.

    I'm very sorry to hear that, but I talked to everybody the same I have had no issues with communication with people. I even gave you free advice on how to do it yourself. It was a very difficult spot to get under what I quoted you is an estimate on the phone. Sometimes when we get to a place, the job is more involved specially, in your case when it was under a deck, 3 feet from the ground with debris and garbage all over, so truly as an adult, you made a decision to do it I would've been more than happy to leave. I don't care about $200 inspection. I would've made it less but you didn't even ask. Troy

    Return Visit for Mice

    We had had a minor issue with mice and our house was treated by this company. Saw another mouse about 6 weeks later and called for follow up treatment. Danielle was the technician who attended. She is the consummate professional and did an EXCELLENT job. I shared with her my surprise in seeing a female exterminator, which we shared a laugh over. She re-baited the traps, including in our attic (the entrance of which is located in an obscure place) and gave me a number of helpful suggestions. Most important, there has been no return of the unwelcome visitors since she came. Highly recommend the services of this company. I have used them for various reasons since 2013 (1st visit was with the owner Kevin) and their work speaks for itself.
