    Raccoon issue

    Troy was great! A raccoon had babies in our chimney. He sealed it properly for the first time ever. Professional, courteous, reasonable and fair prices. Talked to us about options and costs before doing any work. Showed us the ineffective cap that had been installed by another well reviewed pest company. Helped our neighbours at no cost with a free solution to their raccoon problem. We found our past guy!

    Squirrel in attic

    Troy was very helpful - I appreciated his thorough and honest assessment. He went above and beyond. I had initially gone with another pest control company but I had a bad feeling they were trying to rip me off. This other company was trying to sell me a bunch of services I did not need. For example, they claimed the house was infested with mice (this was a surprise because I had not seen evidence of mice). They also claimed my attic needed "disinfection" and that they were the guys to do it (they offered to spray some chemical on the insulation). So I called Troy for a second opinion. Troy was very thorough and explained the real issues to me. It did feel like Troy was on my side, whereas that other company just wanted to sell me stuff I did not need. Thanks to GTA Wildlife Removal & Pest Control. Highly recommend them.

    Fast, responsive and always able to help...

    GTA Wildlife has been our go-to for any pest-related problems over the last several years. Raccoons, squirrels and mice seem to be an unavoidable problem living in Toronto and Troy and Kevin have always been there to help - not just resolve the problem quickly and at a fair price, but also with good advice along the way.     Squirrel removal and assessing hole in chimney

    Troy was great - he looked at the chimney assessed the area and even repaired some of the crumbling stucco areas. Was positive helpful and gave great advice - would surely recommend him again.

    Wasps inside soffit

    I had a nasty wasp family in my soffit so couldn't get at the problem with traditional store bought sprays and frankly, I didn't understand the problem well enough as it's not happened us before. A number of wasps were making their way into our home during this issue. I called Kevin and he was super quick to ask the right questions and schedule a visit. He even tried to talk us through it first for free before coming by and applying the 'dust' himself. Very friendly, courteous and thorough will the job! Now a year later I called him again for a wasp issue in a different spot (unrelated) and he has been amazingly helpful and responsive again. Thanks so much Kevin and GTA Pest!

    Racoon Issues at the roof

    Troy is very knowledgeable on what he does. We need someone to resolve our Racoon issue quickly. He was able to come by very quickly after we spoke to him. The work quality is excellent (and don't mind to climb a very steep roof... Trust me , this is not for a job for an average guy).Highly recommended.

    Rodent problem

    I have used GTA Wildlife Removal 3 times over the last 5 yrs for various problems from ants to mice and every time I've been so relieved to have the problems dealt with in such a reassuring, friendly and highly professional manner. Today Kevin and Cindy came within 1 1/2 hrs of me calling GTA after spotting a mouse in the house. I have a phobia but was relieved when they dealt with the problem quickly, thoroughly and very efficiently placing the bait in various places throughout the house and in the garage. Kevin said he would come and check in a few weeks if I spotted anything else and with a six month warranty I feel very reassured. Absolutely excellent service and I highly recommend them.

    Thanks for taking the time to write this review. The most effective way to control and eliminate rodents is always by using government licensed rodenticide. Often the public does not realize that rodents have been slowly breeding within the structure over months or years building up to critical masses. Treating homes and buildings will reduce and eliminate rodents always. Some take several visits. Some are completely successful very quickly while greater infestations can take longer to completely remove. This is the most effective way to solve the infestation. Always. Thanks very much Kevin

    Squirrel Removal

    Service is excellent. It was easy to book a convenient appointment. Troy showed up and explained everything prior to proceeding. A full visual roof inspection was completed and the problem area was dealt with. There are no longer squirrel visitors thanks to GTA Wildlife Removal.

    Service

    Troy was great. Explained exactly what was going to be done and why. Very accommodating - had to come back a second time within a few hours of a phone call. He was highly recommended by a neighbor.

    Squirrel Removal

    Troy took the time to investigate our roof and discuss the problems we here having and to answer any questions that we might have. He installed a one-way door and repaired the entry hole used by the squirrels and another used by chickadees. Troy was very professional and kind and took the time to explain the source of the issue: a gap left by roofers without a drip edge installed. I will definitely use GTA wildlife removal again for any other future issues and would recommend them without hesitation.
