The company was quick and courteous in making time the same day I called with my pest problem ( called 8am in the morning and Troy was at my place by 12pm). In regards to my problem, what i thought was a raccoon/squirrel problem came out to be mice in the Attic. Troy was really knowledgeable and not only did he address the problem immediately but he educated me on the process involved and the reason why mice and other pests get into the house. As a real estate agent I am definitely going to keep a watchful eye on the pointers made by him. I would recommend him to my friends, family and clients also. Recently we had a raccoon break-in to our attic through a roof vent - amazing what they can do. Once again with the cold weather we had mice show up, but this year our attempts with store bought poison just seemed to make them angry. We called Kevin and he was here promptly, he spent an hour in total, and explained everything that he was doing and why. He really cares about the quality of work and service that he provides. We hope to never need an exterminator again, but if we do, we'll call him.

Squirrels ate a hole in one of the vents on my roof and was camping out the attic. Called GTA WL and Troy was awesome to work with. I talked to troy at a neighbors house this past summer. Troy and his knowledge and honesty did not go unforgotten. Several months after meeting him and running into my mouse problem I callef troy he was at my house within a day. He looked over our home suggested what to do and away he went. We heard little scratching sounds coming from the attic late at night and knew we had some sort of pest problem. I called Kevin from GTA Wildlife Removal and he was very patient to explain to me over the telephone that we most likely had a problem with mice. He promptly came to my house on the same day to inspect my home and carefully explained to my family what the problem was and how he was going to solve it. We found Kevin to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He calmed all our fears and reassured us that he would be able to get rid of the mice. We had mice in our home for the first time. I don't like mice. These guys came quickly, were polite, funny and efficient. They were reasonable in price compared to some other companies. Within a day we didn't here them. Within a month the company came back and made sure they were gone. Great experience. We did have an issue this year with squirrels which they came and took care of. The squirrel issue persisted and they came back took another look around and had to fill a couple more holes. We did have to pay for the work only -which was fair and its been resolved. These guys are more reasonable than some of the other companies we found.

we had birds falling into our woodstove through an opening in the chimney cap. very quick and exceptional service to remedy this situation. would definitely recommend them to anyone with a pest or wildlife problem. troy was very courteous and efficient.

Troy showed up on time, and had good energy. He first went up on to the roof to inspect if there were any holes in corners, shingles or vents that the rodents may be entering through. He then went up into the attic and quickly discovered that the problem was not squirrels as first thought, but rather mice. He inspected the attic and problem spots, while placing bait accordingly. He then looked at our basement, kitchen and garage to see if there were any other problems. Lastly, he did a walk around the home showing me the areas on the roof he suggested I secure with metal enclosures. Troy loves what he does and it shows. I highly recommend.
