Kevin is SO nice! We have been using GTA Pest Control for quite some time now and they've always been so responsive and quick. They've never failed an appointment, very punctual. Amazing follow-up. Haven't seen any more mice in a while so glad it works! Very thorough job of looking for entry points and setting traps despite it being such a large church. Thanks again Kevin!

The house was literally infested with mice. Thanks to Kevin the house is now completely mice free. Kevin is prompt, kind, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and is willing to answer any questions. After paying over $1130 from a rival company and no success in getting rid of the bed bugs in my condo, I was referred to GTA Wildlife Removal and Pest Control. Kevin Diamond, from GTA Wildlife Removal and Pest Control was at my home within one day and had completed the extermination. He could not have been more professional, reliable and helpful throughout the process. Unlike other large companies, Kevin was very accessible rather than waiting on hold for a long time, and waiting even longer to book an appointment. Kevin has since returned to my home to complete a follow up service to ensure my satisfaction. Again, he was at my home within one day of speaking with GTA Pest Control. My experience with a different pest control company, who claimed to specialize in bed bugs was a very difficult one. I was required to take many steps to prepare my condo for the treatment, and my condo was damaged in many ways after the thermal treatment (a window was broken from the heavy equipment that was used, light switches and vinyl blinds were melted, etc). My experience with GTA Wildlife Removal and Pest Control has been excellent. Great, fast, service and little to no preparation for treatment. I would recommend this company to anyone who may have bed bugs.

I discovered "droppings" in our furnace room, along with some degraded brick and dirt on the floor. After sending my husband in to check it out, we figured we had a mouse problem. I called Kevin in the evening, and he was at my house the next day, after making a great effort to fit me into his busy schedule. After examining the room, he informed me that there was in fact no sign of mice or rats, as we had feared! He was very knowledgeable and told me what we were looking at was in fact bug casings, and then went to check a few other "hot spots" in our home. Best of all, he didn't charge me nearly what he had quoted on the phone, even though he came for the service call. Kevin's honesty about our lack of infestation was really refreshing - he could have quite easily put down the traps and simply left. Not only that, he was so friendly and professional to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend Kevin, and would use them again if I ever need to! Thank you!

With 3 older homes being demolished and replaced by new construction within 150 feet of our house recently, I saw a rat for the first time in the 30 years we have owned our home, running through our garden on a sunny afternoon. Kevin was recommended by a colleague who had helped us with a raccoon problem earlier in the summer. He came to our home within 24 hours, explained clearly what he was going to do, installed locked bait stations in our garage and back yard and has returned several times since to monitor them and replace bait when needed. His approach has worked and we are very pleased with both his work and his commitment to demystifying a first-time experience for us. Highly recommended

Kevin from GTA Wildlife Removal came by recently to take care of a serious rat problem. He was frank and to the point, friendly and honest. Knowlegable and informative. He applied goverment licensed rodenticide in a safe and effective manner. I was glad to call a professional and not have to deal with the problem on my own. I haven't seen any rats or droppings since. I would definitely call this company again in the future. It was cost efficient and everything was taken care very fast.

A hole in my roof led to unwanted guests in my home. Kevin showed up on the same day and took care of the problem. He took care to lay bait traps carefully keeping in mind the fact that we have small children. Have not seen another mouse since, and this was back in May. He also gave me a six month warranty on the service, but as aforementioned, it has not been necessary to call him for a follow-up. Highly recommend!

I called Kevin at 416-896-6883 and he came did three of my homes. He mentioned that if I see anything within 6 months to give him a call and he will come and respray. 6 months later, we started seeing some insects. I called him and did not expect him to show up like most people that give promises. He showed up and resprayed with a big smile on his face. I would recommend him to everyone. Obie
