I was very impressed with Troy from GTA... He assessed our situation, showed me closeup pictures of the problem areas, and explained how he would deal with each location. He took the time to demonstrate the one-way door, used to ensure the critters could not return once they exited the roof space. He showed how his materials were superior to those used in a previous repair (by another company). Troy was very pleasant to work with, and had a solid answer for every question I put to him. Clearly he knows his business, and more importantly, demonstrated he cares about the quality of work he provides his customers. With such a positive attitude, I'm sure he'll continue to eclipse the competition. I am very satisfied with how GTA solved my raccoon problem, and would wholeheartedly recommend them to both friends and family.

This is the sec ond time I have dealed with Troy at GTA Wildlife & Pest Control. He was very professional and direct in his approach to the problem. Both times the racoon's got in at different spots, one on the sofia and the other at the corner's of the roof. He assessed the problem and went right to work. I would use him again in a minute.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. They're prompt and efficient. Kevin is a delight to work with. We called him late Friday evening. He said that he was booked for the Saturday morning. But he showed up anyway! Beyond the call of duty. Highly recommend them.

I have been dealing with this company since 1997 - first for a removal of a raccoon living under the house, later, for ants and mice. The service is always prompt and courteous, the prices are more than reasonable and Kevin is a real expert in his business. I have recommended him to a few friends and every one of them was satisfied with the service no less than I am. Strongly recommended.

Great work - had a mouse (maybe mice...) in the kitchen in the winter. Kevin was able to take care of it quickly. Did a walk through of the house and placed poison in only a few out of the way spots (I have little kids and a dog) and it seemed that the mouse problem was gone overnight. After having mice in the crappy apartments I lived in during University I didnt want to deal with it myself (traps and body disposal) so I can't recommend letting the pros do it - and GTA Wildlife in particular - enough.

Kevin got rid of an infestation of cockroaches in my apartment. Zero complaints, they never resurfaced period. I found Kevin very knowledgeable and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any kind of pest issues.

racoons were heard in the wall of my daughters room. They had nested in the chimney. I called GTA Wildlife removal and they tried to reach them from the topthen threw down mothballs to get mom to move the babies but to no avail. At second visit the man cut a hole in the chimney to get the babies out,fixed the hole,then took down the old chimney and repaired the roof.All for a very resonable cost.The little racoons were put in a sheltered spot so the mom could find them-which she did.
