Very good service - kevin was attentive, patient, calm, and explained the whole process carefully to me and my family. He definitely knows his stuff! He also returned when I called back with the problem when I thought that it had returned.

We were hearing noises in our ceiling and called GTA Wildlife Removal based on other Homestars reviews. Troy returned my call the same day and came by a few days after. I described the noises and he was very thorough going on the roof to make sure there weren't any openings into the house, and then went up to the attic, where the mice were living. He set up some bait and then checked the garage and basement as well. He was also very informative answering my questions about preventative measures. The 3 month warranty gave me peace of mind and so far, so good, no more noises from the mice. Thanks Troy!

Troy is excellent. He came to my house in late September to determine how squirrels were accessing my attic, and to remove them. He quickly and thoroughly inspected the roof perimeter and eves. It was discovered that our builder had left an unfinished opening at the corner of one of the gables. He attached a one-way door and told me to monitor the situation, but that very soon, any squirrels still inside would have exited, and to have him back to remove the door/seal the opening before the snow falls. Sure enough, within a few days we heard no more foot steps in the attic, saw no more fibreglass insulation strewn around the front of the house, and were happy to have the problem solved. In mid-November I finally remembered to call him back to seal the hole. Within one hour of calling him, he was able to stop by, remove the door and seal it. Then ..... nice guy that he is, Troy was nice enough to replace 7 burned out bulbs in two of my porch lamps, which require the use of a 32-foot extension ladder. I do not own such a ladder. He did that for me without charge. Nice guy, punctual, knowledgeable, efficient, and very good at what he does. If you have pest problems, call these guys.

Bumblebees built a nest inside of the siding right by our front door. They became territorial and began attacking our children and visitors. Spoke to Kevin at GTA Wildlife who was courteous and professional. Troy came first thing the next morning (as I had called at the end of the previous day) and was friendly and professional. Due to excessive rain all week, the effectiveness of their treatment was compromised and not all the bees were exterminated. A phone call to GTA Wildlife resulted in a quick friendly and professional return for a second treatment at no additional cost to me. Will definitely use GTA Wildlife for any future pest problems!

Almost two months after my husband and I moved to our first house at the end of April, I started to notice the scratching noise on the ceiling. I checked the Home Starts and called GTA Wildlife Removal & Pest Control. Troy came next day and found the little hole up on the roof. He set up metal screen to prevent the mice to enter again and we did not hear any noise for about two months. One day in September, I found a little mouse in the kitchen floor. I called GTA again and one of GTA guy came on the same day. He removed the mouse and checked the house again without any fee. Last week, I called GTA again because one of roofer told us that we had squirrels living under the roof. Troy came again next morning and checked the roof. He informed us that there were no extra holes or scratches from squirrels. But nonetheless he made sure metal screen he put in June was tight and enforced. He spent more than 20 minutes to fix our roof and he did not even ask for extra fee for his service. (Our warranty ended at the end of September!) I found them extremely professional, courteous and friendly. I recommend GTA wildlife to anyone who is looking for a pest control service!

We had a mouse problem the fall of 2010. A referral to GTA Wildlife proved successful. Kevin came by with in a day and worked his magic. No mouse was seen again. We've called Kevin back as a proactive measure Oct. 2011 to ensure the mice remain outdoors. I will use GTA for years to come. Kevin is friendly, professional and was very conscious of he fact we have a dog that is into everything. He ensured traps were placed in areas inaccessible to our dog! Thank you GTA Wildlife!

I moved into my new place and i found that roaches and spiders are there and alive. I straight away turned to the internet and looked for an exterminator. Luckily, after a few searches for quotes, I found a very good priced one that also gives AMAZING customer service...GTA Wildlife Removal and Pest Control. I spoke to Troy and he was extremely fast in coming over. I made the call today and he was there the same day at a later time and was really customer oriented. He came right on time and went in to the house and gave me a very informative analysis of the house roaches and spiders and how they have got in. He later sprayed the whole entire place and did a very good job while respecting the premiss. There after-sales service was also very good because they called me two weeks later asking me if I saw any and told me that they will come over and do a second job to make sure that there are non left as a i saw a little still crawling. They came over and sprayed it one more time to make sure that I never see them again. AND TO BE HONEST, I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY SINCE. Another gentlemen, named Kevin, also came in and made sure to place a specific gel for the roaches so that they would completely be exterminated. I am extremely happy with this company and would highly recommend it to anyone who has a problem and wants it resolved. Not only that, but also having understood what the problem and precautions to take in future and enjoy a very pleasant customer service

We have used Kevin on and off for many years in different houses we have lived in. He has taken care of a raccoon, mice, and wasps over the years. We have been very happy with the jobs. He comes quickly every time and is pleasant to talk to. When the problem has been mice, he makes sure the baits are safely away from our pets and daughter. Kevin has always been honest and helpful with his recommendations. We highly recommend this company.
