    Removal of racoons

    The gentlemen from GTA Wildlife are my knights in shining armor. They rescued me from the racoons living in my attic. I spoke with Mr Diamond first thing on a Thursday morning. He said he would send someone over to my home that very day. To my surprise I was contacted at noon, the job was done. Mr Diamond explained in detail what they had found and the steps that were taken. I felt confident that they new what they were doing. Two days later Troy, their service technician did a follow up call to make sure the problem had been rectified. This company needs to recognized for their friendly professional manner, their knowledge in their field and their dedication to customer service. I would highly recommend GTA Wildlife removal.

    Squirels

    I personaly love all wildlife,even squirels,but not in my house.Thats why i like Gta.One day I heard something in the attic so after realizing i had something living there I had to do something so I called Gta.After a quik conseltation on the phone Kevin sent a man out and found it was a squirel made a hole under the roof.So they made it so they knew the squirel was out of my house and then repaired the hole without harming the animal. I am so happy.Thank you Gta...

    pest removal

    Squirrels had chewed a hole into mu attic, and aside from the obvious health and safety issues they were driving me crazy.. I called GTA Pest removal Wednesday morning and spoke with Ryan, he and Troy were on their way to a job close to my house and he said they would stop by when they were finished. An hour later he called me at the office, gave me a quote and they went to work... He checked the obvious point of entry as well as another possible point, fixed a third area that I could not see from the ground, installed the one way door (which was very neat and discreet) and called me back to say they were done and would return in a week to seal up the hole after we were sure the squirrels were gone. FANTASTIC service, all done over the phone, no need for me to take time off work! For the first night in months I was able to relax in front of the TV without the sound of little feet scrabbling over my head. Thanks guys, I hope I don't need you again but if I do I know who to call.

    mouse control

    I sent an email late on Sunday night. I had a voicemail from Kevin at 7:30am Monday. I returned his call about 12:30, and by 1:30pm he had Ryan at our house. Ryan knew his stuff, was friendly, and even gave our suck of a dog some attention in the process. Probably most impressive was the 6 month guarantee that Kevin backed up his work with. Thanks for the fast, friendly service guys. Looking forward to the marked absence of mice over the next couple of weeks.

    Removal of squirrels, mice from the attic, walls

    You're probably on this website because you have no idea who to contact. This is what you need to know: stop looking and call GTA Wildlife. They are prompt, professional, trustworthy, personable and they know exactly what they're doing.

    Racoons

    pesty problem racoons.no longer my problem,these coons were in the garage, in the garbage they made such a mess! GTA handled things very professional.after talking with them i found they do much more than just racoons. this is a good company.

    Wasp Nest Removal

    Kevin come by to spray a wasp nest in our backyard in the ground. The problem went away short term but resurfaced a week later. Kevin came back immediately and sprayed a second time Free of charge and solved the problem for good! Unbelievable customer service!

    Wasp removal and extermination

    We called Kevin to handle the wasp problem that was plaguing Toronto homes this summer. He returned our call right away and fit us into his busy schedule. He uses botanical, water-based sprays and explains what can and can't be accomplished. Very honest, and also willing to do follow-up visits at a nominal charge. Very reasonably priced while providing excellent service. I will call him again if we have any other bug or pest issues.

    Carpenter Ant Removal

    Despite the plethora of perfect 10 ratings already for Kevin, I feel the need to add another. I emailed regarding a Carpenter Ant problem which had just appeared and had a response almost immediately by email, with a follow-up call minutes later. Over the phone Kevin was polite, up-front with pricing and likely course of action, took the time to listen to me without just making assumptions, and was not offended when I said I was calling some other folks too (all highly-rated here on Homestars). While the other guys quoted similar or even identical prices, Kevin's full 1 year warranty and enthusiasm made me decide to go with his services. In person, Kevin was enthusiastic, obviously loves his job, and basically did everything he said he would on the phone. He quickly sought out the most likely spots for the main infestation, used a combination of in-wall and surface treatment, explained to me everything he was doing and both arrived and departed almost precisely when he estimated he would. He also reminded me multiple times that a follow-up visit might be required, and not to hesitate to contact him if there were still any ants present after a couple of weeks. In short, I could not have expected more from his services and he is a genuinely pleasant person to deal with as well. I will probably add an update in a month or two to confirm whether or not follow-ups were required and how those went if appropriate, but for now I have no hesitation in giving another perfect rating to Kevin.

I had a great time performing this job because Martin had so much background information regarding his particular case. I'm pretty sure that we were close to locating the nest of ants in the upstairs bathroom. I often get excited when I feel that I can make a difference or impact a situation were by I know I have done a good job or the best I could do given the circumstances. One thing is for sure if I am called back to a home I return fast and with a smile if I can. My Grandfather always used to say " SHOW ME DON'T TELL ME" Martin you as well are from the old school where a mans word is all he has.

    wasp removal

    We had a wasp nest on the exterior of our house and GTA came within 3 hours of my call. Kevin took care of the problem and now we are wasp free. The service was fastm, efficient and friendly. Thanks!!
