    Mice

    We moved into an old semi and had an infestation of mice. Kevin handled the calls ASAP and came promptly and explained everything. He calmed our nerves down and the problem got a lot smaller. They returned after a month and Kevin came right away with a quick call. He's great and he's totally friendly and takes all the time in the world to inspect and explain what's going on. He's been a real find!

    Thanks for this Review: Mice problems are our specialty. Day in and Day out we see more mouse issues than any other pest. Government regulated bait is the most effective method of removing mice. In some cases we need to make a few visits to ensure proper control/elimination. Thanks again Kevin.

    Wildlife control and roof repair

    All I knew was there was a hole in the corner of my roof and some insulation on the ground. Assuming I had a pest, I googled wildlife control and found GTA Wildlife Removal and Pest Control on Homestars. The next morning Troy and Ryan arrived and assessed, explained, and fixed a whole host of problems. Turns out I had birds in the soffit, squirrels and raccoons in the attic, and a multitude of entry and exit points for all concerned. They were extremely professional and helpful, and explained a lot of stuff to my neighbour and myself (we have been overrun with raccoons in the garage this year and had lots of questions). I am very impressed by their immediate response, their extensive knowledge, and the detailed explanations of everything they did. Troy even took some pictures for me since I can't go up a ladder to see for myself. There was so much to do and they did some stuff for no charge and it was all done very quickly. Really, really good job. Thanks guys!

    Bumble Bee Removal

    Well I have to say the Bees under our deck and new addition are gone. Kevin showed up the next day on time at 8:00am when he said he would when I called and asked if he would come and look at our Bee problem. Kevin looked at the bees going into the crawlspace under the deck and explained that he needed to dust them with a powerful pesticide that they would carry back to the nest buried somewhere under the house and that was really the only way to take care of the situation. He said that spraying RAID would do nothing but possibly get them to attack me. I can say that I tried this twice before calling him and it didn't work - thankfully they didn't attack me as well thou. In any case the Bees are gone. Thanks Kevin! Nice Job.

    Bed Bugs

    Had a brutal case of bed bugs a few months ago, Kevin was great, and made sure the job was done properly and promptly. BB free for over two months now!

    Bed Bugs! Not sure what to say about them? One positive aspect regarding these blood seeking insects is that we can eliminate them. Nothing comes easy with these bugs. However if we work together we can do it. Together. Often it only takes one application. The faster the customer reacts the easier it is to stop these insects from spreading. Thanks Jon we did it.     Racoon Removal

    Apologies for the delay in this review -- should have written it weeks ago. This company was a pleasure to deal with. They responded quickly, professionally, and humanely to a problem we had with a mother racoon and her babies in our garage. Both guys were great and we'll definitely be using them again. They're reliable, dependable, and fixed the problem the first time around. And most importantly to my girlfriend (and myself), they treated the animals kindly. From Tim Meyers in Toronto

    Mouse removal

    We had a friend staying with us for a while and with our friend came a cat. One night the cat brought us in a mouse as a present which was still alive and got away in the house. We tried to catch the mouse ourselves the traditional way with some mouse traps and peanut butter but had no success. Now, when it rains it pours. It turned out that the mouse was pregnant and one mouse turned into many! This is when we had called Kevin who was highly recommended to us by a friend. He came later that day and was dilligent in covering the entire house with bait including the basement and attic. It's now just over 2 weeks later and we haven't seen a single mouse. Thanks Kevin!!!

    Wasp nest destruction

    I was skeptical about all the good reviews but I have to admit that Kevin was pretty good. I called him Sunday night and left a message. On Monday morning, he called back and was able to come within the hour. He patiently answered all my questions, left some poison for the wasps and, as far as I can tell, they're now all gone. The only doubt I have is that he made it all look so simple that I wonder if I couldn't have done it myself. However, he used a poison that killed them while most recommendations on the Internet were to spray something like Raid. I don't know how that would have turned out.

    Thanks Jack: Usually the public calls us for interior wasp nests. When wasps are going in and out of a crack in a wall void. Those ones require an insecticidal Dust. A Tracking powder. Where The insects carry the dust into the nest. In rare cases an interior nest may require additional treatments to totally eliminate it. Eye protection and gloves should be worn near wasps/hornets. They seem to try and sting the eyes and hands of intruders. These insects know how to find sensitive locations of their targets. Thanks Jack glad the nest is gone....and your right I do make it look easy. However into August the game changes and the risk increases 10 fold. When the heat and humidity comes its tougher to terminate wasps. Thanks Kevin.

    Removal of raccoons from my roof

    I received Kevin’s number from a friend that highly recommended his services. Although I did expect a superior and professional service that will solve my raccoon problem once and for all, I did not expect such efficiency, kindness and mannerism from Kevin and Ryan. I have surprisingly discovered the problem on a late Friday afternoon and truly believed that I will get stuck with the hole in my roof throughout the whole weekend; normally it would not be a problem, but a big rain storm was approaching. Therefore, I rushed to call Kevin that was fully booked for the entire day. I explained Kevin the situation and Kevin assured me that the problem will be fixed by the end of the day; in fact, Ryan arrived within an hour to assess my roof and immediately fix the problem. For a moment I was speechless as I have never experiences such a quick and efficient service from anyone I have ever worked with. Ryan explained the situation in great depth that I was very impressed by; he also recommended several methods I could implement to prevent raccoons from reaching my roof in the first place. Furthermore, when I contacted Kevin following the visit to receive clarification to the things I need to do, He himself offered to come on Monday morning a see what he can do to make it easier for me. Needless to say, I was astonished by his sincere proposal to help me solve the problem even though I already paid them. Most other individuals will not even consider talking to you after you pay them, but Kevin is using a different method of service delivery that should be exemplified to others. Following this experience, Kevin is the only person I will ever approach or even consult with regarding such matters. He is truthful, honest, polite, and responsible for the work he performs.

    Cockroach treatment

    Kevin was great! He was knowledgable, professional, friendly, efficient, experienced and made me feel like the problem was not insurmountable. He quickly assesed the extent of the problem and put me at ease. Plus...his rates were more than competitive!! I would recommend his services without hesitation! I plan on using GTA WILDLIFE again (but i hope i wont have to!).

    Removal of birds and squral from chminy

    2 days ago my fiancée and I came back from our vacation only to notice weird noisy in our TV room. Every time we walk in the room the noisy would stop. After looking around in the room we heard the noisy again coming from our fire place. To our surprise we had a dead bird and a squirrel in our fire place. We called 6-7 different companies before we came across GTA Wildlife removal. After all the other companies either did not pick up their phone or were rude or would come in a day or two but had no problem charging an extra fee to come right away as part of their "rush" fee. The last company I called was GTA Wildlife and Kevin picked up the phone right away and was very pleasant to talk to and was willing to answer all my questions. After I explained my problem to Kevin he mention to me he can have someone there within 2 hours at no extra charge!!!!!!!! Ok Ok I thought what’s the catch????? With no other options we agreed. Sure enough Ryan shows up to our home within 1 hour. Explained to Ryan what the issue was and in a very confident and friendly voice said no problem and away he went to work. I looked to my fiancée and said wow as I was very very impressed. Within an hour Ryan comes back and showed us what the problem was and what he did to fix it.. As VP of a company I have to say I have never been so impressed. The Service level at GTA Wildlife was 5 Star and I would recommend your company to all my family and friends.
