I was extremely impressed with Dave Marcotte Foundations. They went above and beyond when taking the time to explain the issues and brought in a structural engineer who did the same. This provided us with piece of mind, as anxious new home owners. Beyond this, the work was done with limited interruptions (key when working from home and with a new baby) and the end product looks good! We have some more foundation work that we're looking to do next summer and are hoping Dave's crew will be able to help us out again.

I had a nontrivial foundation repair request and Dave did a great job undertaking the work. Other contractors either quoted me absurd amounts or simply refused to do the work. Dave and his team were respectful of my property and returned it to original. I especially appreciated him breaking down how the work was going to be executed and what to expect. Dave came to our house in fall of 2021 to inspect a crack in the parging at our house. He booked to do the excavation and repair early spring. They came the week promised, did the work they had outlined and fixed the crack. Everything was done in a few days and done well. Workers kept the work area clean and safe and were excellent to deal with. Communication was good throughout.

After quite a bit of research, quotes and due diligence, we choose to go with DM Foundations for our Basement Window Enlargement and addition project. We really enjoyed the process working with Dave and his team. The whole onsite team ran by Jesse was as professional and polite it could get. Ours was a large project with 3 windows 55x49 each with all the engineering requirements which comes with this kind of project. Everything was done on time and professionally in span of 5 working days. We are really happy with the final results and will highly recommend Dave and his team to anyone looking for this kind of work.

Dave was conducting a foundation repair at my neighbors house and asked him to take a look at a small crack that ran vertically in a corner of my foundation. Although there was no water infiltration, humidity was present on both side of the line fracture and could smell the mildew after removing the insulation. He provided me a quote within 24 hours an came at my earliest convenience. Fix the crack within 2 hours, no mess and the concrete dried completely within a couple days and the smell went away. A+++
