    Outdoor gas line connection

    George was very precise with installation of the gas line on my deck. He was very courteous and made sure I knew how to operate the line and my firepit before he left.

    BBQ natural gas conversion

    George was very accomodating in fitting us into his busy schedule to do the conversion which required swapping in a larger connector and hose and installing the natural gas orifices and regulator on the new BBQ. The work was performed quickly and efficiently. George also gave out many handy in use and maintenance advice. I have no hesitation in recommending George for any type of gas work.

    Best Costumer Experience EVER!

    George from “Gas Guys” came out to do the hookup for our natural gas bbq at our condo. He was super courteous and prompt. He spent lots of time walking us through the safety and usage instructions with our bbq and answered all our questions. Seriously... the BEST customer experience we’ve had in a long time. I would HIGHLY recommend Gas Guys.

    Gas line for pool heater

    If you need anything to do with a gas line, George is your guy. Professional throughout - never felt like I wasn't important to him. He answered all of our questions promptly and made this process very simple. Thanks George - I appreciate your work product and the care you took in the delivery.

    BBQ connection

    I asked Gasguys to connect my bbq to my natural gas line. They were professional, punctual and competent. I couldn't have asked for anything more. It was also easy to organise with prompt and clear communication through Homestars. Thanks!

    Condo Natural Gas Hookup

    We recently moved to another condo that had a natural gas hookup on our balcony for a barbeque unit. However the previous owner never used it so the connection wasn't ready for use with our new barbeque. We looked on Homestars and other online review sites to find reputable gas technicians and saw all the great ratings for Gas Guys so we gave them a call. We were able to secure a service date 2 days after calling Gas Guys. We got a morning appointment window and George came on time and even gave us a call the morning of to let us know more specifically when he would arrive. George was great! He finished off the natural gas line connection and hooked it up to our new bbq, all the while explaining everything as he was doing it. Once everything was set up, he even showed us how to ignite our new bbq and gave us a nice overview on key things to know about using our new unit. And to top it off, our natural gas line wasn't emitting gas initially so George figured out where the natural gas line valve was in our condo hallway and helped turn that on so that our line was activated! Gas Guys is a great company and George is awesome. We will definitely use them again for any future gas needs and will recommend them to our friends and family. Thanks George for all your help, we're now ready to use our bbq all summer long!

    Capping a gas line

    Needed a gas line capped because we were switching from a gas oven to electric. George came the next day and got in done quickly and safely during COVID. Thanks!

    What service should always be like

    Nothing more to add to the glowing reviews, except echo them. George came on time, quickly asked a few questions about where gas line was located, where the valves are, and a quick overview of the job. In my case, simple extending a gas valve a few inches, outside, on my deck. He completed this in about an hour, using a new valve, new brackets, and painted it nice and shiny to protect against rust. Easy peasy, and all with a positive, upbeat attitude. Recommended!

    Great work, Prompt service, Nice Guy

    GAsguys.ca were prompt to respond - gave advice for readiness, showed up on time, did excellent work and cleaned up well. Overall a wonderful job. Price was slightly higher than expected but in the ball park. I would recommend them and keep them in the consideration set for future work.

    Excellent, Honest and Friendly

    As a first time home owner, I had an awesome experience with Gas Guys right from the start. George is very helpful, honest and provides great advice and guidance from the quote to the completion installing our gas line to the back patio. Highly recommended.
