    Great Service!!

    George was fantastic!! I needed the gas line connected to my BBQ and had the problem of the BBQ connector not being the correct George connected my BBQ and he walked me through everything he was doing and why. the service didn't stop there, George explained everything i needed to know about my BBQ as well as tips and tricks to maintain it. George explained and knew more about my Webber BBQ than the company that sold it!! George took the time to make sure he understood exactly what I needed done before he came and as a result my bill was exactly what I expected. I would highly recommend GasGuys.

    Great service, great prices, friendly professional

    George from the Gas Guys came to install a gas fireplace for us. His work was exceptionally good. He was very knowledgeable in the different issues and choices we had to make. His work was quick and very good. He came when he said he would and charged exactly what he estimated. Very honest, friendly and reliable. Highly recommend.

    Gas Line Hookup with New Shut Off Valve for BBQ

    Excellent service by professionals at a very reasonable cost. We had requested an appointment online on Tuesday afternoon for a gas line hookup and shut off valve for our new BBQ. George and his father were able to get to us the next evening. What was to be a standard job, became not so standard. Due to our previous gas line being installed decades ago with a U joint (to downsize the line from 1/2" to 3/8"), and our subsequent backyard stone steps and patio construction butt up against that U joint, we hit a snag. Our new BBQ required a 1/2" pipe, and George noted that my suggestion of leaving the downsizing U joint and retrofitting the 3/8" back up to 1/2" was not to code and that we had to get the U joint removed. The stone which was blocking the U joint was at least 2 sq.ft., though George only needed maybe an inch more for clearance. Back to his truck for his jackhammer and with time, patience and persistence, he was able to chisel away the small space needed to unscrew the old downsizing U joint and install everything as needed. What I was really impressed with was that the original quote was exactly what was billed, eventhough the job probably took twice as long as expected. Most contractors, after effectively going over their budgeted time, would also not spend the extra time George did with inspecting my new BBQ, fixing a part that was installed improperly, going end to end from shut off valve to BBQ burners and teaching me everything one would need to know about the safe and effective operation of my new BBQ. Hands down probably the best contractor I have come across in my 50 years and will be definitely recommending the GasGuys to others.

    Grill connection and gas line shut off valve install

    George was punctual and courteous - the cost was exactly as stated when booked. He also took extra time to explain how the grill worked and ways to extend its lifespan. Very satisfied customer!

    Gas line installation

    George installed a new gas line for us. He was quick and efficient, and was great about working around our busy schedule. Now our new gas range works great, thanks!

    Gas range connection

    Contacted gasguys.ca to come setup gas range. Service was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing natural gas work done. The technician, George and his father, were neat and thorough and very careful with the appliance. He even gave a quick demo on how to use the range as well as some operational tips. Was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Pricing is also very reasonable.

    Great in every way

    I needed a gas BBQ hookup installed. Had to run a new line down side of house to backyard. George and father were great, fast friendly and easy; they helped setup the BBQ and tested it. A great experience in every way.

    Red Tag Repair

    I was Red Tagged by Enbridge and was in a tough spot - George/Ga Guys were not only responsive, but they were professional and had my job done within 24 hours of the issue being found. Well Done GasGuys as this is something you rarely see in the GTA - speed and service, all with a smile.

    Natural Gas Line install for new Napoleon BBQ

    Absolute fantastic experience. George and his father did a great job installing our new gas line on Wednesday evening and were extremely professional, positive and took the time to explain the game plan, completed work and instructions for use. George also took more time at the end of the install to help educate me on our new Napoleon grill and tips and tricks to using it and getting the most out of it. He also fielded quite a few questions from my 3 year old daughter, who loves anything that involves tools and building. Thanks George! Great people and I would highly recommend George and his father to anyone!

    Gas line takedown

    Had to remove a gas line. Prompt appointment and amazing service. Knowledge and customer service. Accommodated for my schedule and able to find a time over the weekend. Will always use this service for any future need.
