    New Gas Line & Stove Installation

    We needed a new gas line installed so we called GasGuys. The entire experience was OUTSTANDING!! George and his dad were amazing. They were very professional, knowledgable, efficient, personable and very meticulous. Outstanding service with excellent workmanship! George completed the work with such care and also took the time to explain everything we needed to know. George is definitely an expert in his field! I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND GasGuys...absolutely the BEST SERVICE for the BEST PRICE!!!

    Gas cooktop hookup

    We needed a certified technician to disconnect our 20-year old gas cooktop and connect our new cooktop. GasGuys.ca were quick to respond to our initial plea for help, answered all our pre-service call emails, arrived at our home at the scheduled time and completed the required gas piping and cooktop installation work with care and professionalism. Clearly, quality of workmanship and ensuring a safe gas installation matter to Gas Guys.ca.

    Installation of a gas range

    The entire customer experience was amazing. From the ease of requesting an appointment, to scheduling an appointment. All the reviews on Homesteads were correct. George was cordial and very professional. He explained and walked you through what you needed to know to operate the appliance and feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend the Gas Guys.

    Gas leak emergency

    I needed an urgent assessment and fix of a gas leak in my basement. I called GasGuys in the middle of the night thinking I would get an answering service, but in fact George answered himself and assured me he could come by in the morning and take care of the problem. He was a life saver! My gas had been shut off and I had been without heat and hot water for almost 12 hours. I can't say enough about the skill and professionalism of his work. He explained everything that needed to be done and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I had heat again in about 3 hours. He also gave a lot of useful pointers to avoid future problems. I can't recommend GasGuys highly enough and would call them again in a second if I ever had another problem.

    Red Tag Repair

    George, the is the second experience with your company, and Again, I will share my great experience with all my family and friends.     Fantastic service

    George came out and hooked-up our new gas stove. He not only installed it, he reviewed all the features, told us how to and why you do the first burn and told us what he found works, but to review the owners manual. We could not have been happier with the service. He was prompt, efficient and friendly.

    Warning Tag

    I received a warning tag on our range and needed a quick fix. George was quick in setting up an appointment and getting to our place the next morning to have the problem resolved and one less thing for us to worry about. He was also right on time which is always great and doesn't happen often with home repairs.

    Enbrige Warning

    I have used George's services with GasGuys a couple of times in the past and this time like the other times he did not disappoint. We received a warning by Enbridge that something about our gas was not code and were given 35 days to have it fixed. George came as soon as he could , fixed issue and filled out the required documents for us send back. George is a pro in his field and always takes the time to not only fix what we need fixed but also takes the time to explain what he does. He is punctual, professional and very knowledgeable. I will call on GasGuys for any future needs and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs someone to fix gas issues! Thanks George!

    Gas fireplace maintenance

    I called Gas Guys in the morning and they came that same day to fix my problem. Gas Guys did an excellent and professional job fixing a small gas leak in my gas fireplace and repairing the pilot light. I was also given some tips on how to maintain my fireplace and ensure it lasts and looks good. Great service every time I call Gas Guys! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a reliable and professional company.

    Gas Line and Stove Installation

    George – one of only two GasGuys, according their site (!) – is outstanding, both from a professional and personal perspective. I had decided a couple of weeks ago – with some trepidation - to switch from an electric to a gas stove, which would entail the installation of a 30+ foot gas line. Trepidation, because - as the long time owner of an old house – I’ve had many dissatifactory experiences with trades over the years. But George has completely restored my faith. Despite his busy schedule, he responded immediately when I let him know my new stove had arrived late in the day, showing up the next morning (on time) to effect the installation. Just as important as the competencies he demonstrated during the installation was his personability, which shone through in his pre-visit e-mails, the smile, firm handshake and steady eye contact when greeted at the door, and the patience and care he took to alleviate any nervousness I had had about operating with gas, by walking me through the safety features of my stove and of the gas line itself. To top it all off, he – with help from his Dad – dismantled and carried my old stove to the curbside! I have absolutely NO RESERVATIONS whatsoever in recommending him to anyone needing gas services, and would not hesitate to contact him again. He is a shining light.
