Install 3/4" gas line to supply Weber Summit BBQ.

The Gas Guys installed a gas line from the gas source coming to our Victorian house, running it underneath the first floor veranda, up to the second floor veranda where the BBQ is located. The work was done expertly with the line firmly affixed along the brick wall. Due to eavesdrops and other obstructions the pipes were being custom made on site to fit perfectly - including a final paint coat. George also placed a T junction for a future gas stove to be placed in our kitchen. The work was completed within a few days of my request. George worked for 5 1/2 hours and honored his initial quote. I was extremely pleased with the work, and would highly recommend their service.

Inspect and Troubleshoot Gas line supplying BBQ

I have contacted George on May 13, 2013 as my new NG BBQ was not heating beyond 200 degrees. George responded so quickly and was very accomodating to my busy schedule. He showed up at my property the same day in the evening at exactly the time that we agreed upon. He was very courteous, professional and extremely experienced and knoweldgeable about BBQ's models and their different Gas tubing requirements. He performed a thorough inspection and was able to find out the problem and corrected it right away. George also spent the time to explain to me several things related to the Gas line and the BBQ and even went the extra mile to spray the gas line in the backyard with a special spray paint to prevent the tubes from rusting. I am very pleased and impressed by George's workmanship and would definitely recommend him to all my friends and would call him again if any work needed to be done related to Natural Gas. Thanks George.

Gas pipeline for a NG barbecue

I found GasGuys.ca on Internet when searching for a certified professional to install a gas pipeline from the meter to my brand new NG barbecue. We spoke over the phone, he made a quick assessment and scheduled a date to perform the work. George, on belhalf of GasGuys.ca, arrived as scheduled, on time, and ready to work. After showing his credentials to me, he started the job. I stayed by his side during the entire installation and witnessed his professionalism and excellent understanding of what needed to be done. He performed flawlessly and efficiently. The quality of his work was excellent. He was open to explaining to me every step of the work and why he was doing what. Although the risk of handling gas infrastructure is very high, George showed extreme care and confidence, and that made me felt very secure even when he left the premises. I highly recommend George. Gas line fitting, after fire damage

Our neighbour had thankfully woken us up in the early morning because we had a fire happening in our outdoor kitchen. The firemen had cut and shut off our gas line. Early this morning I contacted George from Gas Guy to let him know of our situation. George made it a priority to be here right away. He capped the gas line that was damaged, checked the rest of the house and had the heat up and running again. George my family and I thank you so much. We highly recommend Gas Guys

    Gas line install for BBQ

Was nervous about installing a gas line into our backyard, as our house is both old and tiny, but I really wanted to do some barbecuing this summer without having to deal with propane tanks. Emailed George after reading his great reviews and he was incredibly helpful. After sending him some pictures so he could size up the situation, George arrived at our home promptly and was very courteous and professional. He (and his helpful father) didn't despair even when it turned out the walls of my house are made of adamantium and required some serious drilling. In the end, the line was installed quickly at a great price, and everything on my deck was put back together so well that my girlfriend didn't even notice anything was amiss. Barbecued a great steak to christen the new grill last night -- thanks, George. Definitely recommended.

Hey Matt and thank you for taking the time to write us an excellent review! I am glad we were able to make this work for you. The most frustrating situation is when you show up at a customer's home and cannot run their gas line due to spacial restrictions or code violations. Hopefully you have fired up your BBQ a few times by now! Thanks again, George

    NG BBQ hookup

I hired George to hook up my new NG barbecue in my back yard. I had an existing gas pipe outside, but there was some work to be done to right-size the connection for my barbecue. George responded quickly to my request, and squeezed the job into his schedule the same day I called him. George was friendly and professional. He took pride in his work and made sure I understood how everything worked before he left. I would not hesitate to call George again and would recommend him to my friends and neighbours.

    Barbecue Hook-up

Although we had a relatively small job it didn't matter, George was great and knows what he is doing. He even fixed the existing fitting and made it look like new. He arrived when he said he would and it cost exactly what he said it would. He was very professional and even took the time to show my wife how everything worked and even provided some tips on operating the barbecue. George sets the standard for customers service, professionalism and expertice. I rarely make recommendations but I would highly recommend the GasGuys.

We value all of our customers equally, whether is is for a quick connect fitting swap or an older home with multiple gas leaks. We try to handle all jobs professionally and offer some helpful tips before we leave. Having seen a few BBQ's I can see where things go wrong and try to offer some preventative maintenance advice where I can. Thanks again and your business is greatly appreciated! George

    BBQ Gas Line

Thanks again George for another BBQ Line. Sorry for making you drive out to the west end instead of down the street. I can't believe you remembered where I use to live and what BBQ I had. This was my second time using George for a BBQ Gas Line. He came up with a great game plan to run the line from my furnace to my bbq and executed flawlessly. He was on time and did not rush his work. Same great personality that I remember. Too bad you don't do Air Conditioners because it's hard to find true and honest people. Just call George don't bother looking elsewhere. When I move again and need a new line I'll give you a call! Thanks again -peter

    Red tag

George was very professional. Came and did the job and walked me through the whole process. Took his time and was very courteous. Great work George . I will recommend you to others in the future.

    Answer from pro:

Hello Mark and thank you for the great review. You never know what to expect when we get called onto a job with a Red Tag. Sometimes it is a simple fix and other times it is a more complex situation with tight working quarters and a finished basement. I am glad where the gas line came into your home was the closet and we didn't have to cut out a section of the wall inside the livable portion of your basement. Thanks again for the great review! George
