I needed a quote for installation of a natural gas bbq and stove line. I contacted GasGuys.ca via email and had a response same day to schedule an initial inspection. George accomodated my work schedule and was able to come by early on a Saturday morning. He was prompt and extremely friendly. I discussed with him my ideas and he informed me that my gas line inside the house was not big enough to accommodate both appliances. I had told him my home inspector said I could add these appliances, but he explained to me that it would not be up to code and that there was risk of the lines not carrying enough gas and potentially harming other connected units. Having been told that, I knew this was the guy I wanted to use, he could have quoted me on installing the stove line as a second line and charged me an extra 200 dollars. He could have not brought up the risks involved with adding the second line. So he quoted me on the BBQ line and told me to contact him when the bbq was purchased. Upon purchasing my natural gas bbq, I emailed him and scheduled the installation date. He was flexible with dates, and was even able to move the install time an hour back with very little notice. On the day of the installation he showed up to my house before I even got home because I was late from work (sorry!). I showed him where I wanted the line and he worked his magic. I did not feel compelled to follow him around and monitor. He hooked everything up, tucked the gas line well in my basement, tested the line and hooked up the bbq. He started installation at 6pm and I was grilling by 8pm same day! All in all a great experience, great workmanship and great customer service. Thank you George All the best

George was extremely professional and friendly throughout the entire process, from quote to completion...and the results exceeded my expectations. i initially contacted George via email to get some information about what is required to connect my natural gas BBQ to my existing gas line that was never used before. When I got my BBQ, I called George on a Saturday and he was at my place within 1 hour. He came in, modified the gas line, connected to my BBQ and fully tested the connection for leaks. This was exceptional service and I highly recommend him

Our BBQ was delivered on Friday and thanks to George by Saturday night we had our first BBQ dinner. He came at short notice on Saturday afternoon and hooked up our neighbours and ourselves quickly and correctly; came down all the way from Vaughn to the Junction Triangle to do the job, much appreciated.

George first came by to give me an estimate and explained the work to be done. After we confirmed the scope of work and price George and his father came to install the gas lines for my stove and the BBQ outside. Needed a gas line for a BBQ installed for my mom. I called a contractor and he said he would come out. A week later and numerous follow up calls, contractor didn't come. I went to Homestars and found GASGUYS.CA. I spoke to George immediately and we set up an appointment a few days later. He came when he said he would and did the job in the timeframe discussed as well. Pricing was established from the beginning so there were no surprises. George was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks for doing what you said you were going to do.

George was very professional and accommodating as we needed our old stove disconnected, gas line moved and new stove reconnected, whic required several visits. He was punctual, polite, and honest. Not to mention accommodating of our schedules!I really liked the way he explained everything he did.

I found GasGuys on Homestars when I was looking for a certified gas technician to correct a gas line in my kitchen that was potentially compromised by a sloppy/lazy contractor. I use an electric stove, but the gas line needed attention. George responded promptly with his thoughts and solution and was able to come out that same day to implement it. He suggested for safety reasons to just disconnect that line at the supply and cap it in the furnace room. If the basement were unfinished, he would have removed the line altogether. I found George to be very knowledgeable of existing code. He was informative and explained everything he was doing to me. He capped the line and checked all connections (furnace, water heater) to make sure everything was back to normal. I can rest at night now by not having to worry about that gas line. And his price was certainly reasonable to me. Thank you George!

George did a great job hooking up my gas stove. I was impressed with George from the moment I decided to hire him. He was accommodating with my schedule, he called in advance to tell me when he'd be arriving, and his work was clean and tidy. He also spent time to test my stove once it was hooked up and at the same time he pointed out that my oven was not working properly. The next day he even called to followed up with me to check if I had contacted Sears regarding my oven issues. I can't say enough on how pleased I am with his service and his professionalism. I would definitely recommend George and would use him again.
