I had a horrorific leak experience over the winter. I tried getting a hold of numerous roofers without any success, until I finally got a hold of Professional Roofers. They answered right away and were able to get someone right away to look at my roof. I went ahead with them as my roofing contractor. Their workers were extremely professional and polite. My new roof looks superb and has been leak free ever since.

This company was very polite , efficient and professional. The job was completed on time and the area was cleaned up properly. I have no negative comments, I am very satisfied.

Professional, professionals, professionals as the name said from the start to the end, people arrived on time, job was done on recorded timely, my husband was impress of how efficient and professional this company is. No money in front, we did not have to pay any deposits and at the end of the job there were not extras. I hired Professional Roofers in May, there representative was friendly and easy to work with and that where it ended. After they re-shingled my roof I got a ladder an inspected the work, needless to say I was not impressed. It looked like amateurs had done the work. Some of the shingles were over hanging the edge of the roof by 3 - 4 inches. (It should only be 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch). They missed applying chalking over about 10 nail heads (it took them 2 weeks and multiple phone call for them to come back and fix it) and the chimney flashing looks so bad that I am going to have to pay someone else to come back to fix it. If you are going to use this company I would recommend that you inspect your roof before you pay them. The overall application of the shingles was right but all the details were all wrong.

installation was not to manufacture's specification. Had to insist that it was done properly. Touch up package that was an extra charge was extremely poor and incomplete. Every corner of the eves still. Cleanup was mediocre at best.

After receiving 5 quotes in which I made very specific requests for materials and details of work, I decided to have my century home roof done by Professional Roofers.com. The job included a roof with a very steep pitch,with removal of a layer of slate and 3 layers of shingles, very tight access with the neighbours house on one side, plus stripping 3 layers and resheathing/roofing a 2 level flat roof.It was a very difficult job at a very competitive price. Though their name is aptly chosen in describing them, I still can not say enough good things about all the people I came in contact with or the job that was done- From Charlie the estimator and service rep who answered all my calls, concerns and questions immediately or if he didn't know got back to me timely; always extremely polite. Roberto listened to my requests and specifications, clarified and made further excellent suggestions. Fernando and his team of roofers, also very polite and professional, took great care to protect my house and property as well as my neighbours'.They worked so hard and diligently over the 4 days job (all estimators said it would be a 4-5 day job). Taking great care and pride in a job very well done( which I personally saw up close since I was frequently on the roof). As Fernando confidently said,'I am here to work for you and I'll work for you for the next 50 years'( the shingles are lifetime warranty). Every night all the garbage was removed and a magnetic nail sweep was done- the clean up was amazing. Oscar very diligently and knowledgeably dealt with some concerns and details and made some excellent suggestions. From the start Roberto said,'We can do whatever you want ,with whatever you want, you just tell us and we can do it.We just want you to be happy with the job in the end'. I definately am and highly recommend them. I have already referred them to others. They not only talked the talk but walked the walk!

When we needed a new roof, we received estimates from five companies one of which was Professional Roofers.com. My brother had used this company and he was extremely satisfied with the price and performance. We decided to also use this company. They are a family owned business and a delight to deal with. They were reliable, efficient and by far the best price. I found out that the lowest bid doesn't necessarily mean that the job will be poor. If anything,they did a great job on our roof. I have referred them to several co-workers and they were all happy with their roofs.
